Went to get dinner today and the bread is rock solid. Literally rock solid, my dog didnt even want to eat it. The service from the employees was great but Called to let the manager Melissa know and she was rude and did not care to resolve the issue and told us we needed to take them back to the store tomorrow. It’s as if the sandwich artists were playing a game of mix-and-match without bothering to check the order details. One sandwich was overflowing with vegetables, drowning out any trace of the meat, while the other looked like a desert wasteland with barely a hint of toppings.
The lack of attention to detail was astounding. Did they even read the order instructions? It’s not rocket science; it’s a sandwich order. How hard is it to follow a simple list of ingredients?
To make matters worse, both sandwiches seemed hastily slapped together, resembling something you might find at a school cafeteria during rush hour. The bread was soggy and unevenly toasted, as if someone had forgotten they were in charge of that part of the process.
Subway, you’ve managed to turn a simple meal into a regrettable experience. When customers place an order, they expect to receive what they asked for, not a lottery of sandwich fillings. Your lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences is unacceptable.
In conclusion, if you’re looking for a place to get a sandwich made with care and precision, steer clear of this Subway location. Unless, of course, you enjoy culinary surprises that could leave you scratching your head in disappointment.

Rodeo location.I have to give the women, who’s working alone with a line of customers to the door and taking online orders so much credit and high five. I’ve been coming to this location several times and always find 1 person working. The manager and owner should be called out for allowing only one person to work by themselves.
Manager and owner, come out and help your employees. Soon you will have no one working for you. I believe you are taking advantage of your employees. Shame on you!!!!

Haven’t been to a Subway in years. I had a great experience at this one. They built a huge sandwich all fresh ingredients and the young lady at the counter was warm and friendly. I’ll be back!

I tried to call subway numerous times,after my visit but they wouldn’t answer the reason being that I feel i was cheated. I went and bought a 6 in sand with a small coke with coupon for 3.49 then I added a bag of chips I was charged 7.46 cents. ?????!!!?? I asked the guy if that total was with coupon he said yes. I left then i thought about it and I looked up the prices of chips and it said a 1.10. 3.49 plus a 1.10 even with tax Is not 7.46. I was cheated and lied to. I’ve tried to call numerous times and no one answer’s even though it was after 2 pm and they were not busy. I always go to this subay bUT not anymore
