Employee was clueless on what I was asking I told her three times that I wanted Italian herbs and cheese and every time she kept saying that they only had Italian and white ♂️ as well as asking what kind of bread for a wrap ♂️and another thing was I asked for a 20 and she still asks okay what would you like in it, after the 20 already comes with its own recipe ♂️ didn’t even make the sandwich correctly bread was beyond dry and wasn’t even close to what it calls for ♂️
Had her make it again and it still wasn’t how it comes…I’m just asking for a number 20 with everything exactly how it comes I don’t know what she doesn’t understand ♂️

This location is absolutely pathetic. The employees are rude and unnattentive. I had a valid coupon that I was going to use at the register. The coupon wasn’t scanning, so the manager told me it was because I had already used the coupon that I just got in the mail. I literally had to argue with her to force her to use the coupon after she basically accused me of trying to scam. The store was absolutely filthy. There was trash everywhere, and a large puddle of condensate water from the ac dripping on the floor. The employees were just standing around playing on their phones while the store was in this condition. Something needs to be done about this location because it is poorly run and disgusting.

So I went in to get a sandwich and the employee wasn’t there I didn’t know she was so I waited then she showed up she didn’t understand what I want to order then in the process of making my sandwich I had to repeat myself but at the end of making my sandwich she didn’t cut my footlong at all and many times I order from there and it’s always something missing so I won’t continue going to that store anymore

I ordered 2 subs and pizza, but soon after ordering, I got a call saying that there was no pizza. I was like fine give me the subs and refund me the money for the pizza and oh god I didn’t imagine that explaining this would be a big hassle. The rep I got a call from did not know English and I tried my best to make her understand but no, she told me her manager would call but I never received a call and the app said the order was picked up. I tried calling back and after 3-4 attempts I was able to get a hold of them and guess what it was the same person and then I just said two works “Order cancel” but I’m still unsure if she understood that. My money is still not refunded and I don’t know what to do..

Very disappointing lunch today. Two employees with a line of eight customers, my husband and I were at the front of the line. Took about total 20 min from when we entered the store to when we left. Employees looked uncomfortable, inexperienced and overwhelmed. Most of the ingredient bins were either dirty or empty, which extended the time to make our orders due to the employees going back and forth for what was missing. I do appreciate one employee was apologizing for being under prepared. We took home one footlong flatbread turkey and ham which came out some what decent, however as for my husbands footlong teriyaki was a complete mess (picture posted along). While the employee was making my husbands sandwich, they had forgotten to add the cheese. At the end we were confused when one employee started going through all the cabinets and had sent their coworker to the back to look for something, afterwards they they told us they ran out of footlong wrapping paper so the sandwich has to be wrapped in two six in. papers together and that “hopefully” it holds together. It appears to be obvious management didn’t train properly or they flat out don’t care.

Ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado wrap however they forgot to the avocado. Churro was hard as a rock. At least the Lays chips were good! I’ve avoided Subway for years prior to this order and most likely never return to any location again. Always a disappointment.

The poorest customer service I ever had if that’s what customer service is and a cockroach was brought home and my son sandwich and he ate most of the sandwich when I called back, they wouldn’t give me their name they wouldn’t give me the managers name so I am reporting them to the health department I would not suggest eating there. They were rude. He hung up on me when I called back to let him know that they wouldn’t even report him to the health department and he refused to give me his name or the manager owners name, therefore do not eat at Subway unless you like cockroaches in your food And I’m sure the health department will be inspecting them very promptly

Worst Subway location! One employee working during lunch rush. Took 30 minutes to get sandwich with only 3 people ahead of me at 1:30, Stale bread, fountain drink machine out of order, out of churros, no A/C inside on an 85 degree day. Avoid this location! Used to be OK but they can’t seem to keep help. Franchisee needs to sell this location or make MAJOR improvements
