This location needs to learn basic customer service standards: please, thank you, good morning, have a good day.
The two individuals had poor attitudes and the male threw the chips on the counter. I know this is Farmington and the owners or general managers don’t care because customers are going to spend their money regardless but if these team members don’t want to be here, they shouldn’t be here. What a miserable experience.

The Subway location is very conveniently located. There is a lot of burner nearby but other than these two places there is not much choice in the way of quality fast food on this end of Farmington. I thought it was very cool that they have a drive-thru pickup window. Ordering in the Drive-Thru is an option with the kiosk system. Quick and very good service.

Placed an order through the subway app for pickup when I got off work. Picked up the order and took it home to Bloomfield. Upon opening the sandwiches neither of the sandwiches had double meat as I ordered and paid the extra $3.00 per sandwich because each sandwich had the same amount as it usually has but this time we decided to double it as we never have before. So that was wrong of the person to either decide not to make it with the double meat or to not pay attention to the order. Also I put on my order that I wanted honey mustard and instead the person made the sandwich with mustard which I absolutely HATE! Again, either not caring enough to pay attention to detail when making the sandwich or just choosing to make it however she wanted to. My husband’s roast beef sandwich was also missing the peppers he had requested on his sandwich. I don’t mind paying the extra money but I expect to get the extra meat that I am paying for. Will never place an order through the app again because I guess I have to sit there and hold the person’s hand as they make the sandwich because they can’t be trusted to make it accurately on their own. Or perhaps will have to no longer visit this establishment if they don’t care how they make some ones food. If you don’t like your job get a different one but don’t take it out on the patrons that are paying for the product. Pay attention to the order placed, double check it and make sure it’s accurate and made right. There was also not a single napkin on the bag. I mean I can use my own napkins at home but what if we weren’t headed home and needed napkins wherever we were planning on eating. Very dissatisfied and only gave one star because couldn’t leave this feedback if didn’t select a star but wanted to select zero since I didn’t get the order I placed.

Zero stars for the rude man who told me to stop crying when i told him my sub was wrong. Excuse me for wanting what I paid for. Your nonexistent customer service has made my choice to stop eating subway a no brainer. Thank you for slamming the window as you shoved that piece of 2×4 in the bottom to lock it.
