The lady that helped us was a trooper! The day after Halloween 2 of her coworkers called in “sick” and she was forced to service the ENTIRE establishment solo. She was stressed out but was exceptionally friendly despite the circumstances. I wish I knew her name but she is a ROCKSTAR! When the “children” called in “sick” the adults step in to get the job done!!! Absolutely Awesome!

Excellent lunch time service gets you in and out on record time at this subway located on 30th street during the lunch hour rush. You definitely won’t wait more then 6 mins tops.
Fresh baked Cherry Chocolate cookies just came out of the oven too while I was getting my sandwiches prepped and you bet I grabbed a couple of those!

Went to subway and order a foot long and made two six inch and charge me more than the foot long and to make more irritating they burn my sandwich and had no communication with worker and manager.. very disappointing..

I sent my kids in to get 3 different sandwiches. When they paid cash the person at the register turned around & threw receipt away. My kids know they are to give me the receipt so I went in. I asked for my receipt I saw in the trash but she rang me up a new one. That’s when we discovered they had charged us a $1 for an extra bacon we didn’t have on but one sandwich. I went back in & reported it. The girl didn’t say sorry for the mistake. Just gave a curt “Have a good day.” I’ve been going to this subway for years but will probably start going to one of the other ones. Be sure and check your receipt if you go there.

wow! horrible! never going back. tonight, the service was horrible, food, nasty and wrong! covered my sandwich in mustard when i did not order mustard! manager himself was so rude and did not apologize for messing up my order. his excuse was “uh we had other people here at the same time” how hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich? i get you don’t want to be there but bro we have to pay for this food, you get paid to work there. i already don’t like the location by the bowling alley for same reason, now i seriously will never be eating any subway again. my sandwich was so disgusting it ruined my taste of you guys. can’t believe you would let such a rude person be manager. yikes!

When we walked in we were hit with a wall of heat!! It was 80+ outside but way hotter inside. The employees looked miserable but was still friendly and attentive. I ended up taking my over shirt off. I over heard them talking about how hot they are. I asked why it’s so hot in there. They said between the proofer and the over and no AC it’s bad. In between customer they have to go out side to cool off. I asked why they didn’t have AC and they said it’s broken, has been all summer and who ever won’t get it fixed. One lady said that over the summer it got to be over 100 degrees in there and the boss won’t shut down to fix it. How is this leagal? As a customer who spent 20 mins in there, I was miserable. It’s inhumane for the workers to have to be in there for hours. My husband said as we were leaving, it would have been better to eat outside in the sun. Would have been cooler. Management and owner do better for your employees and customers.

I used to love coming here Sundays after church. I love the employees and the location of it. However, last Sunday we came and the food tasted stale and we saw a cockroach run across the floor and my son squished it. The floors had chips and other food all over. I was surprised and completely caught off guard as it was a part of our Church routine and I’ve always looked forward to going there.
