The young dark hair girl working seems like she absolutely HATES her job. No hello or welcome when walking in. All she said to us is, “what do you want?” She made no eye contact or even a thank you after paying. Moving forward, we will make the trip to the Subway inside Walmart to avoid this young ladies nasty vibes.

This is my experience at this subway restaurant. In December 2023 till now 2024 I have been waiting on a response about a piece of wire found in my food , it made two puncture wounds on my cheek,I called the store and was later contacted by the owner .there insurance company wanted the wire to investigate where it came from I gave it to them and they called me back and stated that subway was not liable for a metal object in my food. I as well as my family and friends in Bernalillo will never eat subway from this location or any subway again. I hope this reaches near and far that this place doesn’t care about the quality of there food and or there customers

My husband and I will come to this location maybe a couple times a year. It’s need been the best nor the worst so I really haven’t needed to comment until today. We came in to get a couple of sandwiches, there was no one in line as a person was leaving as we were walking in. We were greeted and sandwiches made quickly and then we left. Got home and started eating and not half way through the first half I pulled out a large piece of plastic wrap! I went back to the store as we didn’t live too far to go back. I walked in with the sandwich and piece of plastic wrap, I told the male employee that I found a piece of plastic glove in my sandwich. The female worker came took the sandwich threw it away and said she will make another one. No apology no nothing. I overheard her tell the male employee oh it’s the plastic wrap from the food like it was nothing and it happens all the time. Poor customer service and acknowledgment of the safety hazard with handling foods.

Ordered curbside, was not able to check in the app/kept saying error and expired time, anyway I called the store several times, I had two crying babies in my car so I was unable to go in. Finally I give up after sitting where the employees could clearly see me. I leave and magically they answer she apologized and I was told I would receive a refund. Come to find out by Sergio the franchise owner who ever I talked to isn’t even authorized to do a refund. And he was NOT willing to give me a refund either, basically calling me a liar, saying he will check his cameras excuse me his HD cameras to see if they made the sandwiches or not. (not like that should matter). I didn’t receive the food nor the service I requested. Apparently ordering sandwiches to specification at SUBWAY doesn’t justify a refund,Its not even about the money at this point. They hire lying teenagers don’t tell someone they’re getting a refund when you clearly don’t even know how to do so,Lsi it’s a franchise so he can do whatever he wants. Unbelievable.

This place is terrible. I walked in one evening for sandwiches and a girl working behind the counter sees me approach. I notice she’s busy making a sandwich presumably for a phone in order as I am the only one standing in there (maybe now I know why) l. After 15 minutes she doesn’t have the basic customer service skills to take the ear bud out of her ear and simply say, “I’ll be right with you” another employee walks out from the back and proceeds to change the printer paper on the register and also is not capable of acknowledging that someone has been standing there. After he’s done he proceeds to walk to the back and never offers to help after he returns. After another 5 minutes I walked out and they never even lifted their heads. I will never walk in that place again.
