I will not be going here again.. the counter by the food was so disgusting and un clean, I’ve never seen a subway as dirty as this one.. they are supposed to wipe down the counters and from the look of it it looks like they never do.. bins were empty and nothing was covered.. also as they were making our sandwiches the person is leaning on the counter making them.. its like they were lazy to make it. I understand your tired but you do not do this…

Should have read and noticed the 1 star reviews at this location and 98th. They were inappropriately stocked and staffed. The young lady ( very nice and cordial) had to call us 3 times to let us know if the meats they did not have. We ordered on the app and tried to cancel, but no luck. She tried calling 2 different managers various times and no answers. Both locations were staffed with only one employee. Same owner to both locations. You should do better to serve your clientele for what they paid for. If negative stars were an option, that would be the only thing going for both locations. I doubt that the managers or owners will do anything about unsatisfied customers.

Poor girl making the sandwiches was new so no hate on her. What appeared to be the manager on duty just ignored her when she needed help. The portions at this location are terrible. 4 little slices of turkey (technically a layer of 2) for a 6 inch sandwich. I might as well to buy my own turkey for the price vs portion ratio. My grilled chicken sandwich was more bread and cheese than chicken. It was obvious the manager was being lazy and didn’t want to get more meat and was cheaping out the portions to not have to work more. Terrible experience. Doubt I’ll be doing business here again.

Terrible experience at this Subway. The worker took five minutes just to cut some meat, which was already frustrating. Then, when we went to fill our drinks (which had no sign stating we couldn’t), she got mad at us for it and didn’t let us fill it up until we paid. On top of that, she didn’t even prepare the sandwich properly and rolled her eyes at us the whole time. Completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Wouldn’t recommend unless you enjoy waiting forever for bad service.

Terrible experience from the moment we went in, one employee no line, she had an order ahead of us and already seemed stressed, when she finally got to our order she was ordering us around how she wanted us to do it, she wasn’t really kind about anything, and online order came by to pickup in between where she was being rude to that person as well, because she doesn’t speak Spanish which I speak both… other lady didn’t deserve that. When she asked my wife if she wanted the bread toasted my wife misunderstood and was told to answer the first question as the bread being toasted is what she was being asked as there’s better easy to let someone know, okay we brought a coupon to use and let her know before we started ordering, employee let us know they don’t have steak… okay so we order something else…. Why is it that once our whole order is done the employee tells me without reading my coupon. Did you read your coupon in a very snarky way. To which I said yes why, and she says one of your sandwiches doesn’t fall under that coupon sorry. Why did she still make it? If she has it memorized why did she wait till the end. worst subway experience I’ve had in a while, shady practices and terrible treatment like we are a problem being their customers, wanted to return the food and get a refund as I can’t even eat it at how disgusted I feel with the person who made it infront of me with such an attitude if you could poison food with such a thing I’m sure I’d be dead .

Floor is filthy, prep station nasty
The young lady who served me was very sweet. Unfortunately she didn’t even know that breakfast was served all day.
Only advantage of my visit is that I was charged a less price for the sandwich.

skinny white boy very unverbal and was obviously high on the job, took him 30 minutes to make 2 subs, there was even a customer that left because of how slow he was putting together these sandwiches. i thought it was bad, but then i found out he couldn’t even remember to cut the sandwiches in half. terrible!

Went in this afternoon and was told the toaster oven was down but I still went ahead and got a sub anyways. When I got done ordering I asked for the code to the bathroom and the guy said there was no code then after I walked down the hallway he said I couldn’t use the restroom. Don’t understand why when I’m a paying customer. So we finished up with the rest of our order and paid for it and then I asked for a wet paper towel and he said he gave me napkins and I asked him to wet a few and he got mad and barely even wet them. There was a girl employee that came in while we were ordering our food and started to grab a medium cup, and then told the guy she was going to grab a large cup to get a soda for her grandpa and then she took it out to him and came back in and didn’t wash her hands before handing stuff behind the counter. Then she proceeded to start, touching her hair and her face, and then was touching more stuff behind the counter without washing her hands. That’s very unsanitary and disgusting. Service was unprofessionally food wasn’t good at all. Won’t be back to this location.

If I could give a negative star I would times a thousand. They literally stole my 17 bucks . Placed a order for delivery got charged said it was delivered and never got it. Good luck calling the restaurant or any subway in Albuquerque I have been calling non stop All the subways in Albuquerque for days and not one if them has answerd the phone used there little complaint form amd still have not been refunded. As everyday go’s by I get more and more mad. I’m on a fixed income and only budget 20 a month for a fast food treat and they took it from me. So mad I can’t even go there to talk to them because I have no car. Do not place a order here if you don’t want to give ur money away
