Poor customer service and disrespectful staff! I was harassed by staff for picking up my mobile order by being rudely called out and talked down to as they demanded a receipt from my phone to pickup the order! My mother placed the order for me for a nice meal following a gym day. I had to bother her for a copy of the receipt. Trust me I won’t be coming back ever again to this store. TO THE LITTLE JERK WHO WAS WEARING A BLACK POLO, LEARN TO BE POLITE!!!

Placed an online order, ordered 2 different sandwiches, one had 1/2 of the toppings missing on the sandwich bread was dry on top soggy on bottom the other sandwich was supposed to be toasted but was not! I’m confused, read directions it tells you exactly what to do!

Oh no don’t go here. Didn’t have much . The gentleman use his hands to spread the leftover buffaloes on his hand luckily he had clothes on. Bread was old.Try finding the chicken only had one scoop. Wont be back.

It’s not the sandwich artists fault (worker) the owner appears to have a need for employees and regular inventory checks. They are constantly out of things. I only get 30 minutes to eat and this is not helpful.

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the subway app for pickup. I was notified by the app that my order was ready for pickup. When I showed up to pickup my order at 6:30 pm the employee came outside and said my sandwiches hadn’t been made since the restaurant had already been closed for 2 hours. When I told him I had already been charged for the order through the app, he gave me the managers cell phone number to call him and request a refund. When I called the manager, my call was sent to voicemail. I have yet to hear anything and I will not be going back!

Subway Management, you need to do better! I have placed 3 separate online orders on different days and each time the app shows they are ready only to find out once I arrive they haven’t even been started! They usually take another 20 min to finish because they are short staffed during peak lunch hours. This doesnt work when you only have 30 min lunch breaks and the whole reason for ordering ahead is for time constraints. Either online orders need to be taken off or this store needs to better staffed!
