Pulled up to this store at about 7:35 pm- still light outside, and it’s not open. Hours say until 9pm, Google says until 10 (as confirmed by the business a week ago I guess) but this place looks like it’s been closed for a bit. Having the worst luck finding a subway we can eat at today…

I’ve been going to this Subway location for quite a while now and have always had good service. Unfortunately on my last visit at 7:30PM on 2/21/2020, an employee’s mother came in with HER DOG! I know it wasn’t a service dog because it was running all over the store sniffing at everything. Service dogs are trained and don’t do that. I know it was the employee’s mother because when she came in he said, “hi mom”, and she said, “I brought your dog”. The owners of this location should know that we have other Subway locations to choose from and I will choose one where the employees family members don’t bring their dogs in.

This place is great in so many ways! First off, the food is amazing. The food tastes great in you get your sandwich from order to check-out in five minutes. Also, if you have wheat allergies, this place makes great gluten-free bread. The customer service is incredible they are so nice and they get the job done good, and quick. The inside of the place has a nice ,cozy, feel. Amazing place overall, one of my favorite restaurants in ABQ!

Very kind and friendly staff. As soon as we walked in, all of them greeted us. We stood in line, they asked us how our day was. Little gestures go a long way, being greeted with a smile and thanked with a smile go a long way. We truly appreciate the good food, clean facility and the great staff!

I ordered the foot long, roast beef and provolone cheese for my parents. I watched ANGELO make this sandwich. Angelo made the sandwich like he was making it for his parents. The meat and cheese were carefully distributed equally. This was a perfectly made sandwich. ANGELO took his time and did a fine job. I was so pleased with the sandwich I tipped the staff well. Also the other kind man told me he hopes my mom convalesces from her surgery. What kindness and mindfulness in this store. I can tell you with this service customers will return.

I spent forty un-successful minutes online attempting to order 4 sandwiches from this location (Golf Course Rd @ Paseo del Norte). Frustrated, and unable to tell if the order had gone through, I made two attempts to call this store — no one ever answered. The phone rang and rang before transferring to voicemail. So I drove in. The two employees, though cordial, were unable to help or to match the BOGO50 offer from online. So: online system fails. Phone goes unanswered. Employees can’t help. What a miserable customer experience.
