This subway is owned by Joe, and I’ll tell you what. Best subway in town he said he owns two other ones. But this subway has never given me hard bread, expired or wilted product. It’s always clean and the staff are always nice & fast.

With the pricing green chili being an extra charge the spoon needs to be larger. Or how about the 1st tiny scoop is free any additional is an extra charge.

8/29/25 @ 6:45pm: Walked in and neither Ruben, Chris or team lead, Ramon, smiled or said hello. None of them even looked up when I entered. They all looked very unhappy to be there. Ruben said “what can I get you?”, but still no hello. All 3 of them came across as very cold & I felt unwelcome.

Isiah came out from the back & thanked me after putting the toppings on my sandwich. He was the nicest out of the 4 of them.

So holidays coming around I’m working as a door dash driver. These employees have no hustle. One speed, I came in and told the employee who I was picking up for. He said nothing but raised his finger up at me to be quiet. While the other employee was working on cashing the customer out. The Only customer in the building, how would I know he was waiting for the lady to complete her order. Now another driver and two customers have came in ordered and left before I even get a greeting.

I’m a former restaurant manager and simple greetings go a long way. Also if you cannot handle doing online orders don’t offer it.

As a driver it has now been 20 minutes past my pick up time. I won’t pick up from this location again.

Last night I ordered 3 sandwiches online and at check out after selecting to pay with Google pay, it took me back to the screen to select a form of payment. I proceeded to call the store to see if my order was received because I didn’t get a confirmation but my card was charged. The girl was unable to find my order and told me they needed a confirmation number to verify my purchase. I went to the store and the guy who talked to me was not willing to give me my food without a confirmation even though I showed him the screen where I placed my order AND my bank information showing where my card was charged. He told me the charge would fall off in a few days and without a confirmation i would need to pay for my food. So I asked if he would honor the coupon that I used online and he told me it was an online exclusive coupon(which it was… But obviously ordering online was not working) feeling frustrated at this workers unwillingness to give me the food I payed for online, I left. Upon returning home I tried again to order the food online with the ONLINE EXCLUSIVE COUPON, and the same thing happened again at the checkout, my card was charged but no order confirmation. So, now I’ve been charged $40 for 3 subs, I returned back to subway and showed a girl this time what happened, and told her that I wanted my food and I was not willing to pay a 3rd time…. she walked to the back to tell the guy who previously helped me and they finally gave me my food and told me that the app and online ordering is terrible and unreliable and that I’d be better off ordering IN PERSON.

Now how does that make sense? Subway sends out online/app exclusive coupons but screws you at check out and then the employees make you jump through hoops just to get the food you paid for not once but TWICE!

I’ll be sure to keep my eyes on my bank account to see if these two charges “fall off” my account like the guy said they would since I didn’t get actual “confirmation” of said orders… Subway needs to get there website and app working properly. The app wouldn’t even let me put a sub in my cart hense why I was ordering on the website. For all the inconvenience and hassle of getting my food I definitely don’t want to return to subway.

The crew working weekday evenings are rockstars. They are all so kind and professional. I appreciate that the establishment is clean- including the restrooms! The sandwiches are super good.
