I am a contractor with doordash, and I just wanted to let you know that sheila was very rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. She came at me aggressively, and when I told her to calm down she told me she didn’t need to calm anything for no reason. when I walked into the building, she was just sitting at one of the tables not doing anything.. Very unprofessional, and I will not be returning or picking up any orders here. It disappoints me as my completion rate.Previous to this was one hundred percent due to denying an order.Because of her disrespect and unprofessionalism, I believe this is ridiculous. I do not recommend going here…

Very friendly employees who greeted and welcomed me enthusiastically they were very diligent and efficient and helpful… I gave them five across the board. All of the Sandwhich artists act like they were actually happy to help us. You Don’t find that much these days we appreciate you for that. Oh yeah by the way, I added on extra to my sandwich and was offered two free cookies. I am very pleased with that. I definitely will return when traveling through New Mexico.

Love this subway, always clean and professional. I was greeted as soon as I stepped through the door the woman was very polite, friendly, and professional… I also appreciate her for changing her gloves and washing her hands After every use. She made sure all my orders were perfect and ready to eat. When traveling back through from California, we will be back. Keep up the good work lady

Great Subway location! I showed up late, and the staff were nearly done closing up for the night. Everything was so clean and organized, and the employee who helped me could not have been more friendly. He really made an impression on me for his friendliness. A great location. I am from out of town but I will stop by again if I ever pass through town again!

This is the absolute best location i have ever been to. I come here at least 2/3 times a week. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They always have all the product vs the other stores. Keep up the good work guys and I’ll keep returning 10/10

Manager is beyond rude both times I’ve gone in. I asked for extra pickles and she tells me I need to read the sign, they don’t do extra! Completely understandable, there’s no need to be rude about it!! Meanwhile I get 6 pickles on a footlong and homeboy that’s wrapping my sandwich drops half the pickles and throws them away. Gotta wash every bite down with a drink, the sandwich is so dry, I was scared to ask for extra mayo.

The food is amazing, but the customer service is horrible. I guess the so called (manager) is the most rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Don’t go here. Instead talking to you she yells at you. If you say the wrong thing she gets upset. Worse place to go.

This manager lost her mind and is incompetent. An accidental $38 tip was given, she said she couldn’t do anything for my husband. I called and asked her to not play with me that it is incompetent to not know how to refund. She lied and said my husband offered to call the bank. While still on the call she didn’t hang up the call and continued to talk trash for 6 minutes, upset because I said “don’t play with me.” Actively trying to pocket a $38 tip for one single sub. After I sent my husband back in she had the audacity to tell my husband to let me know her name is Sheila and I could pull up. She is wildly unprofessional

This review is getting five starts for one reason ONLY. Usually when the wife and I come in, we are treated with disrespect and utterly horrible customer service. 6+ reviews before this one are all talking about the same individual and describing the same encounters being had with this “manager”. Now we drive by and peek to see who’s working before coming in, because if the “manager” is in we just won’t bother visiting this store. And we CANT be the only ones that feel this way. (6+ bad reviews of same individual). One worker that out shines is the worker named “Jeremiah”. He is always smiling and always in a great mood. Maybe HE can train the so-called manager to be better at her service and attitude towards the paying customers. Good job Jeremiah, you bring customers back while the “manager” scares them away.
