This Subway location was the cleanest and most organized location I’ve ever seen. The food however was the best. Almost all subways have a bad habit of crushing the bread as they cut it open to put your toppings on. This one did not do that. I’m not sure what it was but the food was delicious. It didn’t taste like all the other subways it actually tasted fresh and good. Every other Subway I’ve ever been to the food is just been “meh”. I had actually avoided going to Subway because the food was just wasn’t very appetizing. It was always the same old same old junk. This location however is quite different I would be happy to continue to return. I will go out of my way to go to the Subway location verses other locations. Job well done guys. Keep it up.

Service here is so unprofessional. How do you keep on harassing somebody over a drink?
He said he didn’t have any Pepsi, then proceeds to tell me has them in his car which is like 80° outside who wants a hot soda. I tell him no thank you, and grab something else. Then as I’m walking out says that it’s not a life or death situation. And still continues to harass me while walking to my car. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place at all.

Don’t bother using the mobile app to order here. I always have to wait for my food , and stand in line when my order should have been done 10 minutes ago, there are still several people ahead of me and they are doing everyone else instead of my order I placed over 30 minutes ago.

Why have an app you can order from if you still have to come in and stand In line?

Waste of time. Especially when you are on a short lunch break.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I am tired. Any and every time I order a sandwich from this location, it is NEVER made correctly and I never say anything or ask for it to be Remade. I spend my hard earned money to treat myself once in a while to get a sandwich and it’s just thrown together and missing items. I paid extra for avocado. It’s not on it. It looks like a two-year-old through it together. I just wasted my money. This is also why I stopped leaving a tip because it’s not even good service for leaving a tip but a tip shouldn’t matter , get more carrying employees . We ALL work for our money and we deserve quality service and food.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, but the customer service was terrible from start to finish When I walked in, I politely asked for a water cup, and the cashier was immediately rude for no reason. When I noticed my sandwich was wrong, I asked if they could remake it something Subway usually has no problem doing. Instead, the cashier refused and was extremely rude about it. To make matters worse, his father, who was also in the store, made an unnecessary comment telling me I should “be lucky for what I got because some people don’t have food.” I understand that some people struggle, but that’s not an excuse for bad service especially when I paid for my meal to be made correctly

At first it was a little offsetting when entering. Due to it being a small location you could see the need to be patient. The menus changed and that’s awesome. The workers need a minute to trust your visits, reasonably so. It’s ABQ. The food is always amazing and they lighten up once you’ve been there a few times. It’s a great spot to eat in if you like the tables or booths. Always clean and great vibes.

Went to order and told sandwich selected was a “set” sandwich? I’m not an employee and didn’t see anything that said “set”. I asked and was told can delete ingredients but can’t add. Ok, so WHAT are the ingredients? After asking twice I left. The guy was impatient and mumbling rattled off the ingredients so fast I couldn’t understand. I walked out and went to a Dairy Queen. Too bad I live in area and finally decided to try it. Won’t be back!

The store is an absolute disaster and should be shut down, and it is a disgrace to the subway franchise. When you order through the app, you do so for accuracy and convenience. However, with this store, they never fail to let you down. With my last order, I was missing the chips, the sandwich engineer failed to put them in my bag. With that said, I had to waste even more time and go back and get my chips. Then they tried to pass off this disaster as a sandwich. Never again going back to this disaster of a store. The franchise owner should be ashamed to pass this place off as a sandwich shop.

I stopped in at 12:30 to grab 3 subs for myself and 2 co-workers. The store was empty except for one customer eating his sub. I called out, “Hello?” and “Anyone there?” a few times. I left after 5 minutes. As I drove away, I saw two employees smoking by dumpster. If you need a smoke, do it one at a time. If you leave the store together, stand close enough to the front to see if anyone comes in. I took my business to Tully’s – great sub!
