Forgot to add this. Also very low on bread selection. All there was, was wheat.
Update. Just tried stopping here for lunch again. April 21st. When i walked to the counter i was told they were out of bread and it would take about 5 minutes for a new batch to be ready. Im writing this review after sitting for 24 minutes watching both employees standing at the same counter the entire time. How is this place open?
As we sat and ate our dinner, the store’s cash register froze up and Robert was unable to take orders. A couple of customers were upset with him, as if he was not taking orders intentionally. It was sad to watch how the customers acted towards the young man. Sad because he was nothing but polite to these people as he tried to explain to them the situation. The computer froze up. What was the young man suppose to do? According to 1 of the customers, this has happened more than once. Maybe subway should look into fixing their registers/computers at this location. It’s a nice and very clean establishment and the workers there are excellent!!! It would suck to get a bad review just because of a frozen up cash register.
I patiently wait another 20 minutes when the girl finally said it was ready, when I checked my order only 2 were in the bag,when I brought this to her attention she becomes irte and started cussing saying she only had enough to make 2 and ignored me again, after several more minutes I was able to get the attention of the other worker and asked him what was going on with my order which he also ignored me, after a few more minutes I placed the 2 subs on the counter while several customers were compaining, the male worker took the reciepts and threw them aside, again I waited a few more minutes finally I complained about waiting nearly an hour to which he said,”you’ll have to wait longer.” I left without my order or my refund. I feel sorry for the franchise owner (maybe) . If the money that wasn’t refunded will help to hire competant help you are welcome to it :signed, Ned
