I did see this spot had a low rating to begin with but decided to chance it. Boy was that a mistake. Lack of customer service, new unexperienced employee’s. Very unsanitary. Currently talking to a lawyer about this case. One employee had an open wound on his elbow. I tried to get past that. I really gave this place a chance. I ended up with freaking blood on my food, wrappers. This after tipping them for even trying. Im absolutely disgusted. Absolutely nowhere should you find another persons blood on your food. If i could leave 0 stars i would.

Forgot to add this. Also very low on bread selection. All there was, was wheat.

Update. Just tried stopping here for lunch again. April 21st. When i walked to the counter i was told they were out of bread and it would take about 5 minutes for a new batch to be ready. Im writing this review after sitting for 24 minutes watching both employees standing at the same counter the entire time. How is this place open?

My experience was awesome! The cashier Robert was amazingly friendly and very respectful.
As we sat and ate our dinner, the store’s cash register froze up and Robert was unable to take orders. A couple of customers were upset with him, as if he was not taking orders intentionally. It was sad to watch how the customers acted towards the young man. Sad because he was nothing but polite to these people as he tried to explain to them the situation. The computer froze up. What was the young man suppose to do? According to 1 of the customers, this has happened more than once. Maybe subway should look into fixing their registers/computers at this location. It’s a nice and very clean establishment and the workers there are excellent!!! It would suck to get a bad review just because of a frozen up cash register.

My daughter and I went to eat at this subway. The workers were rude and were not paying attention. At one point one of them picked up a piece of roast beef and made a comment about how gross it looked. The workers were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of their customers. The whole situation was horrible. I did report them to the city because of the comments about the meat. Won’t ever eat there again.

Don’t go to this location. I stood there for 10 minutes and had to start saying hello? Hello? A dirty man with filthy hair wearing all black crawled out of the back and said mam don’t yell in my store I don’t feel good. Nasty hair and fingernails. I would never eat in this Subway location. Once I looked around you could see it was so dirty.

Ordered on line(“express”) 4 foot long subs,after I arrived and waited at the pick up area for several minutes I finally got the attention of one of the 2 servers and she told me it would be à few more minutes although my phone said it was ready 34 minutes ago
I patiently wait another 20 minutes when the girl finally said it was ready, when I checked my order only 2 were in the bag,when I brought this to her attention she becomes irte and started cussing saying she only had enough to make 2 and ignored me again, after several more minutes I was able to get the attention of the other worker and asked him what was going on with my order which he also ignored me, after a few more minutes I placed the 2 subs on the counter while several customers were compaining, the male worker took the reciepts and threw them aside, again I waited a few more minutes finally I complained about waiting nearly an hour to which he said,”you’ll have to wait longer.” I left without my order or my refund. I feel sorry for the franchise owner (maybe) . If the money that wasn’t refunded will help to hire competant help you are welcome to it :signed, Ned

Couldn’t get a sub when I walked in at 845pm. She said she’s done serving. They close at 9pm & takes 5 minutes to make a sub. If they close at 845..change your hours on the door and lock the doors so customers can’t walk in just to be told , go away I’m done serving.

The employee at this location was very unprofessional and disrespectful,sorry but I didn’t get his name. He made a comment to me about wearing a mask. He started laughing at me because I was wearing a mask, He said I didn’t think COVID was still a thing and laughed while there were other customers around as well. And just an FYI COVID is not gone. I turned around and walked out. I work in healthcare and take this very serious. I know people that have lost their loved ones. Talk about Believe me I will never step foot in this location again. This employee should be terminated. I have no tolerance for this type of behavior.

Just started working 2 businesses away. First time here also last time here. Laura is very rude and does not know how to provide basic customer service. After arguing with me in the lobby about the subway app I left and had to come back because I got the incorrect meal. I will never come here personally again and I will never buy my entire office lunch from this location ever again.

Edit: Seems like this has been an ongoing problem after reading other reviews.

I’ve been to this location 3 times. Never again. They had their 3-strikes. One employee seems to struggle with hearing in English, the other young employee is always pissy, and the older gentleman (probably Manager or owner) really doesn’t seem to appreciate the patronage. None of them ever thanks you for your business — further, when you say ‘thanks’ out of habit, if you get a response from them at all, it’s “yep” (as if they did you some kind of favor). It’s a very uncomfortable experience. In addition to the crappy customer service, the food quality is poor/old more often than not. I’m not saying a little bit questionable; I’m saying they’ll serve right out of a whole tub of literally brown lettuce, floppy old sweating tomatoes, etc.
