The employee was rude and had me waiting after getting other people’s sandwiches together first. Like he was trying to do a fast job.Then getting back to me as my sandwich gets cold. By the UNM Hosp. I asked for napkins and he lied they were in the bag. Rushing me away after I finished paying for the meal. What a sorry attitude. That’s why he’s working at Subway. No future.

If you are at the hospital this place is a godsend, especially on Sundays because the restaurant in the hospital closes super early on Sundays. It’s right next to the Lomas entrance of hospital, so its super close. Quick, polite, fresh and open relatively late compared to other places to eat close by.

$14 for a 6 inch is absurd. They don’t even charge correctly. For a rotisserie chicken they charge it as a spicy nacho sub which is more expensive than just a normal plain sub which is $10.

Made an app order at wrong subway. I called cancelled the order was confirmed cancelled. Was still charged and when called again to speak with manager she was rude and said we don’t cancel online orders and she would look into a refund and would call me back and never did. Zero customer service and doesn’t seem like they care.

I always buy subway mostly every other day. I couldn’t go myself to get my mobile order, I sent someone, my sandwich wasn’t done correctly not even with instructions. Ask extra toasted she doesn’t even read the order. Sandwich not open correctly everything coming out of the sandwich. I understand this girl is new but she cannot read instructions and make the sandwich correctly. She wasn’t even busy, no one was in the restaurant for her to not pay attention. It’s not the first time that she done this mistake. Or I removed items and she still will added. Is so inconvenient when you can’t even enjoy you only meal. Please train them better and let them know she is not following instructions.

Ordered the deal of the day which is the Philly Steak on a Sunday. The girl working had an attitude and after we told her to make it like a Philly should be she still looked at us and asked what toppings in a very rude way. We’re going to be here for another week with our granddaughter being in the hospital and will definitely not go back there! The sandwich is cold and doesn’t even look or taste like a Philly.

Subway’s motto is it fresh… Described as “food being prepared to customer specifications” … this was not true, I was ready to pay double for my salad so that I could get double the amount, I was told I would be charged double but I was only given what would be allowed for 1 sandwich worth.. 6 Tomatoes, 6 cucumbers.. Hardly a bargain since I was going to pay double.. needless to say the teenager was far from accommodating, she proceeded to call the manager. The manager said everything I wanted to hear. However when the conversation over the phone was over, the employee did the total opposite … Therefore losing my business, as well as the entire prepped order which included sandwich as well… The salad is extremely skimpy. For a 12$+ price . “Sub-standard service”.

It is ridiculously expensive. When you pay for the order, % of tips would display on the screen as well. In front of other customers, what % will you choose? It is very very stressful. I will try not to go to Subway any more.

Very expensive and does not take coupons or gift cards. This is most likely because they are actually in the hospital and their rent has to be high. Food was great and fantastic help.
