Bread was dry, maybe day old, and over toasted. Tables not clean. One employee chatted with the customer ahead of me so long that my sandwich got cool before she added the vegetables. Bathrooms freezing cold, it is winter and the air conditioning was on full strength, no heating.

The overall experience was very poor, primarily due to the behavior of the employee working that day. The employee’s customer service skills were severely lacking; they were unprofessional and unwelcoming. Bad attitudes can really ruin a dining experience, and unfortunately, that was the case here.
I hope management addresses these serious issues regarding employee behavior and food quality to prevent other customers from having a similar negative experience.

Their building have been under construction for over 10 years. If you’re a truck driver there are no facilities near the truck parking. It appears there is; but don’t be fooled, they are locked up. When I inquired inside with a smart mouth young man, his response wasn’t answering my question it was, “Are you going to spend money or complain.” After that, I certainly want going to spend money. As a truck driver worth fuel, food, and many other items we probably spend upwards of $180,000 in places like this. This will never again be a place we stop.

Stopped for a quick bite. It was a good little area but definitely busy. It’s next to the travel center. No issues and food was delicious. Seemed like a nice little area for all your travel needs.

This is a no frills Subway. The store appears clean, the people who work there are friendly. The sandwichs are skimpy, the portions are very small, even on the veggies. After the sandwich was made, it just looked like a roll, not much on it.

Mary M and Victoria are so sweet!!! And my heart goes out to these two ladies. I was in the newly renovated locations that has the walkway from the gas station and they weren’t even open yet. It was 30 minutes til they opened and I didn’t know… My nose just said, “Yummy”. And these ladies’ didn’t deny me service because the store wasn’t open yet. They came and we’re full of energy and we’re ready to take care of me!!! This location is beyond the standard I have seen with any other Subway location I have been to all along the I-40, coast to coast, and would come back here everytime!!! Thank You Ladies!!!

The lady working there is nice, but the younger guy apparently refuses to change his gloves between handling money at the register and preparing the food–even when prompted to do so by customers. I don’t know who manages this location, but clearly they need new since there are already other complaints of the same. Definitely will not be stopping here ever again and hopefully this review keeps people away so that they don’t get sick.

I have been to this Subway location several times and there is always the same young girl working and she is always very rude, argumentative, and always has a scowl on her face. As someone who has RBF this is not that. You would think her job was ruining people’s day, not making sandwiches. You should not be in the food industry if you cannot deal with simply taking someone’s order. Cannot believe she has not been fired by management or that Subway has not seen all the bad reviews and fired her. Clearly this is not a one off but a frequent occurrence.

The workers at this Subway are so kind and happy! There was a long line (to be expected when you’re attached to the only travel station) but they had such a positive attitude and were so patient with all guest. Great experience!
