I just want to shout out to the young lady that got promoted as manager at this location recently she was working alone today and she had a line pretty much out the door and she was absolutely professional and amazing and very kind to everybody even though she was completely slammed! Vast improvement since our last visit 4 months ago. The food, freshness and service were very good. The assistant manager was helpful and took care in making the sandwiches. Bread was excellent. In the past, the food and service were “meh” at best. This was a great experience. The renovation inside was much nicer.

Place is under new management, looks and feels alot nicer than it used to. The food tastes more fresh also. The staff is new but they did a great job and were polite and freidly. Definitely one of the best subways this side of the mountains.

I pulled in after a long drive. A subway is a subway, and I expected the usual sandwich. My vegetarian sandwich was delicious as expected with all the subways. What I did not expect was a lovely lady behind the counter. We had absolutely nothing in common from age to geography, but we struck up a nice conversation and in my 20 years of traversing.the country, this was my best subway experience. We were both tired and had a heart-to-heart conversation. She left an impression on me. Subway, this lady was commuting from Moriarty, New Mexico in the middle of the night. It did not seem safe. But she seemed so loyal to the company. I was impressed. I do not normally write reviews about quick fast food places. This employee deserves a bonus. She had blue-green eyes and was working on 12/30. Give her a shout out for showing up and making a random passer-by feel special.

This subway sucks!!!! I have ordered several times with the app and every single time I get a dry cold sandwich, not toasted, and no extra extra sauce as ordered… What do you need to click on to get sauce on your sub??? I have tried all 3 options for sauce amount and receive NONE every time!!!! Not a fan of dry cold sandwichs, can y’all not read the order tickets?? Do you really need someone standing in front of you literally telling you every move you are supposed to be making to make a sandwich the way it’s ordered??? Seriously disappointed guys. TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE TICKET!!!

This is our favorite subway, we had a great experience. Donna was amazing and took care of us. The atmosphere was bright and smiley, you can tell that everyone is happy to be there, making us happy to be there. Can’t wait to be back!

I stopped at Subway for a late lunch around 3:00pm. I wasn’t greeted when I walked into the store. I went to the restroom before I ordered and it was disgusting. The floor was so gross. The toilet itself was gross. There was no hand soap in the dispenser. The paper towels sitting on the sink were wet. Awful. As I was leaving the restroom, I glanced at the floor behind the counter and it didn’t look clean either. It wasn’t busy, so there was no reason for the lack of friendliness or cleanliness. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed in this store. I truly hope things get better.

I had a rather unusual experience last week, The lady who identified herself to me as the “manager” was discussing highly personal matters with an employee in a manner that was not suitable for a public setting, particularly in a workplace. (Very disappointing) I must admit that I have never felt so uncomfortable while placing an order for lunch. *If I wasn’t in a rush i deffintly would have left* I did however let her know it was unacceptable conversation. I was not met with no apology. This is why I am bringing my concern here. I kindly request that you address this matter with your staff and remind them that certain topics are not appropriate for discussion in a professional environment in front of customers. Had my family been present, my complaint would have been more severe, as I expect a higher level of professionalism from employees in any business establishment
I do hope that somebody in charge or somebody of authority of this brand sees this and can address this situation.
I know these comments and complaints are a long shot.
