I must say out of all of the subways I’ve been to in Albuquerque and Bosque and anywhere else. I must say this one is beyond my new favorite. Tomi served me with the best customer service greeting walking in greeting ,leaving and having a clean working environment and atmosphere with friendly smiles. making mine and my husband’s sandwiches look amazing and wanting more. Was having my sandwich made and I asked to have a some sauce put onto my sandwich before it was toasted. The sandwich artisan didn’t put alot so i asked for a bit more. Said employee then proceeded to drown my sandwich in way too much sauce. Further along in the sandwich making process, I asked for a little bit of another sauce type and the same employee once more drowned my sandwich in said sauce. This was way too much sauce especially considering whenever they closed it up, both sauces were oozing out of both sides of the sandwich.

Walking into any establishment always comes with a greeting. Here? Nope!. But it’s subway. So we started ordering, and noticed all the disgusting freezer burned veggies, the watery tuna, the lack of sanitation. And it all makes sense when you see who the owner is. Stay away if you don’t want to get sick.

Ordered through the app the store got my order wrong when I called the guy who answered sounded drunk and was slurring his words. When I mentioned my incorrect order he tells me it’s DoorDash’s even though I ordered through their app. If they were out of something it should be mentioned

On my second visit once again to this subway it dawned on me once again how dry my sandwich was so I asked the individual behind the counter If I could please have more mayo more oil and vinegar I was informed that this company is very tight with all of these items due to the cost of everything I work in Albuquerque and eat at a lot of the subways in Albuquerque well the few that there are I have never encountered this situation until I went to this subway in Las Lunas So buyer beware….
