We haven’t had subway in probably 10 years…..in today’s economy of restaurants being hard hit, we weren’t expecting much. We were pleasantly suprised!! Counter and prep area was clean, food fresh, and service excellent!!!! Our subs were delicious……

The lady at taking our order was a bit rude. She was very short with us and walked away as we were talking to her. Maybe to take care of her grandchild that was running all over the store and behind the counter eating and drinking something. I give 2 stars due to the customer service and lack of sanitation around the food being served.

I walked into this location in a very bad mood, I was at the wrong of the line, another customer was ahead of me and I was getting frustrated because I felt she didn’t have her sandwich order together, she gave me a savings coupon, brightened my day, then the lady sandwich maker kept addressing me in the most pleasant way and apologized because she didn’t have the bread I requested. She got my sandwich together and when I went to pay, she threw in a couple of cookies for free which also put a spark in my day. It was worth it for me to be there because between the customer and the clerk, they brightened my day.

Dominica was a rude, unhelpful sandwich ‘artist’. When we arrived, she had created a large line of customers because she was busy making bread and not servicing anyone. When it was my husband’s turn, he stated he would like one of the signature sandwiches, but some different selections. She refused all of his requests for alternative cheese, vegetables and sauce, and insisted on making it ‘as it comes’. Terrible service, and we ended up paying for a sandwich we didn’t want.

I am rating this restaurant only 1 star now because the service has gone down tremendously and to top it all of you need to repeat yourself! I am very disappointed in this location now! I miss the old employees that actually had a routine, they would get customers in and out in a jiffy and they were very good at what they did, they didnt make the job rocket science! How hard can it be to make a sub???
