If I could give this place a negative rating, I would!! I went to this Subway which i have gone to a few times……and yeah it usually takes FOREVER for your order at the drive thru, which we have all tolerated a time or two just to get a somewhat healthy mean for lunch but this isn’t even the bigger problem! I actually went in today to order (which is a faster way to get your food btw) they had 3 workers, and I understand the workload may be a little high at lunchtime. However, the male worker there has got to be the worst employee I have ever encountered in my life! He is so rude, I had to ask him if he was going to make my sandwich after the girl at her station slid it over to him. He changed his gloves (thankfully) and proceeded to take my order, he wouldnt even answer a simple question I asked about the pickles!!! After I got my food and paid (including tip like an idiot) I got my drink cup and went to fill it up, well wouldnt you know I accidentally spilled some of my drink! I went up to the counter to tell ALL 3 of them that I spilled and the guy immediately said THE NAPKINS ARE RIGHT THERE! I said EXCUSE ME?? he literally had the audacity to say it again with the manager standing right next to him….she said nothing! I grabbed some napkins hoping someone would at least come and put a sign up……NOPE! I was so shocked at the behavior at this place! I won’t be going back! That was it for me, subway! THAT GUY SUCKS!!

I had one bad experience with the subway in Belen. The employee at the drive-thru asked me to repeat my order four different times. The light on their order menu was also burned out , and very difficult to see. I got frustrated with the employee and told him to cancel my order. But, my rant is over. I made a complaint with the store manager on the day shift. The problem was fixed right away. Subway is still a great place to eat in Belen. I will gladly suggest their outlaw sub, the spicy Italian b.m.t., their chicken teriyaki sandwich, and their meatball sub,

The service was wonderful. Very friendly and food was fresh and delicious. We got the footlong Italian meatball sub and a footlong BLT plus some chips and the raspberry cheesecake cookies.

Not a bad place. The inside is way better than the outside. Employees are patient and fast. For anyone driving a semi trailer you can make a turn between the Walgreens and subway and then right and there should be space for you to park for a quick sandwich

I love the staff at the subway. There’s one lady who kinda gets upset for the workers to talk a little extra than usual but it really makes my day when I see that nice subway lady who asks me how my kids are. They always put extra everything on it when I ask even in the drive thru! I love this subway better than any subway in Valencia county.
