My husband is difficult to please at times, and especially doesn’t care for it when I order on the app, as sandwiches are not made right often. I placed an online order anyway and went to pick it up. Once I got home, my husband told me whoever made that sandwich needed a raise as it was perfect. Order number 1D80199E-F2 if you would like to reward that single employee who not only made great sandwiches for my family, but was friendly as well.

Our group went in to eat after a football game and Andy was the one working. Andy had such a positive attitude and offered great customer service. Andy treated us very well and engaged in great conversation with us; it felt like we had know him for years. W Andy! If you’re his boss and you’re reading this, he deserves a raise, you’re lucky to have him as a worker you don’t meet many like him anymore.

I ordered on the app. Absolutely no integrity, when I order in the store the sand which looks good and pleasing. When I ordered on the app it looks like absolute garbage. The app didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted, jalapeño cheddar wasn’t an option on the app but I put it in the optional comments, I didn’t receive the bread I wanted. Very displeased.

The little girl with the short, dark hair and get her name made a wonderful sandwich. Great customer service skills the other girl that worked with her tall blonde, very rude very cocky, sarcastic, and smart mouth. I did tell her she needed to change. Her attitude should not even be working in there every time I go to this little girl has a bad bad attitude. I will take this to corporate because I’m not gonna be letting teenager treat me like that every time. I’m in this very sarcastic. She worked today on Sunday November 17, 2024 with the little tiny girl with the short hair very nice little girl with the short black hair made a beautiful sub but everything about it but that girl just put taste in my mouth every time she’s there very nasty and be working there

This subway serves excellent subs!! More recently than ever I have been super happy with the subs here and I’ve been ordering online, they are always spot on time with pickup and sometimes I’ll be sending my order through as I’m driving there lol. The other subways in town fall a bit flat but not this one

I got off the lake with my hungry family at 7:30pm. After google searching subway, found out they closed at 8pm. Unfortunately this is the only location in town without online ordering. I showed up at 7:58pm thinking they were going to be so upset. Not only were they not, they were so super sweet, and making jokes with me. Great service goes a long way. I love this subway location. All the workers are so friendly. These 2 specific individuals on this Sunday night deserve an orchard. Huge orchards too them. Thank you!!!
