People shouldn’t work where they aren’t happy because it reflects when you show customer service. I don’t know what the young lady’s problem was there, but the food she made was horrible. There was a young man there, he was awesome, and there was an older lady there, she was awesome, but the lady who prepared these nachos, I don’t know, you decide. Where’s the steak? Subway will go out of business with as much chipotle sauce as she put on there. I’d say maybe it was just me but I’ve never seen her or met her before in my life. How could she know me? I wonder.

Two very young men were in the kitchen and no one on counter to help clients. This is not the first time we have to yell for service. It looked like we interrupted something they were doing. They were whispering with each other and treated us with total indifference. They clearly show the customers that they do not want to work at Subway.

What happened to your chopped salads? There was almost no salad in my salad! I have to do gluten free, you don’t have gf bread, so I usually enjoy a salad! I got a salad this time, but was very disappointed! The bowl was barely half full!

I got a churro the worker was nice the place smelled good like their bread the churro was good I wouldn’t buy it again it was soggy but I wouldn’t blame the worker those thing are frozen solid so when it comes out it was soggy yeah so I would give this place a four stars. Josiah 😀

A young woman prepared my sandwich and I asked her if there was a deal if I bought a drink and a bag of chips. She looked at me as if I was talking Greek to her and said “I don’t know.” I asked her if she spoke English and she said “Spanish.” The other lady employee came to help and they spoke Spanish with each other. The other one finally told me that if I paid an extra $3.99 I could get a drink and a bag of chips. Can’t even call it a deal anymore.

I went here tonight walked up and spoke with gage the employee asked if their broccoli cheddar soup had veggie broth because im allergic to chicken and turkey broth he was very rude in answer then proceeded to say just dont order it so i ordered a 6 inch veggie sandwich he proceeded to give me a foot long which i had a very hard time eating because he cut it wrong and it wouldnt close so all of my veggies would fall out my husband proceeded to ask if they had anything for little ones my daughter is 4 he said no upon looking at the menu harder they had cheese pizza for kids this man had no customer service skills nor was he trained properly in the process if making the food

Horrible service!!! I had to give it a star to write this. The manager forgot to change the soup of the day sign, it showed broccoli cheese soup, we order 2, but he brings chicken noodle, when I brought it to his attention he said oh I’m sorry I will get you broccoli cheese soup, I returned to my table and waited… for about 5 minutes!!!There were no more customers, so I went back to the counter, and asked again, he apologized and said he would bring right out, well…. he and the other employee went in the back room for at least another 5 minutes… the person I was with ate his sandwich and his soup, the manager still in the back room, I went back to the counter, asked again and he said, he has to make more and it would be about 20 minutes more. I told him we couldn’t wait that long, could we get a refund for the soup, he said no we can’t do that!!! Didn’t offer any kind of sandwich or drink nothing… So we left

We haven’t been to this specific subway before, but after grocery shopping decided to get a bite to eat, working in customer service myself, I can say with no doubts that Nicole is one of the best employees I have seen in any fast food restaurant to date. She was friendly and courteous and showed properties of customer service that reach far above the level of expectation at Subway and for that I am writing this. Thank you so much Nicole, I hope that Subway is just a stepping stone for you to venture into something where your untapped potential is applied generously.

The girl working last Thursday night whose name starts with a J should seek employment elsewhere. Maybe a profession that does not work with people. Her poor coworker was new and was treated like trash in front of us and we were treated just barely better. If you want the chance of good service you should make sure she’s not working when you visit.
