This is the only location in Lake Havasu that we visit because it’s right down the street from our house. The food is always good and the staff is generally friendly. We visited last night, 11/13/2025, and two girls were working. Andrea and Kinsey (I am probably spelling that one wrong) and let me tell you, it was by far the best visit we have ever had there. The two of them were so friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I never had so much fun ordering sandwiches, lol! Those two are by far my favorite staff members and I only wish I could surround all my visits to this store around their work hours.

This place is horrible I would not recommend! Go to the Kiowa location instead, staff is nice and makes sandwiches right. I ordered online tuna with double meat and turkey with double meat. They made two tuna sandwiches instead so we had them fix the turkey. Then they had the audacity to argue with me saying they did put double meat on my sandwich when I know what a double meat looks and feels like. So I went down to the subway on Kiowa and had them make me a tuna double meat just to prove a point, here’s a photo of the two side by side. I hope the manager sees this and makes it right because double meat isn’t cheap and I feel like I definitely got screwed. Subway will be receiving an email about this.

Always seems to be a new crew training there, so it can be a mixed bag for the experience. Meets expectations for a Subway, but sometimes it’s great… sometimes not so much. That being said, it is the nicer Subway in town, and not as busy during off hours.

Food was fresh & tasty. The young man who waited on me was just great. Other than the food being a little pricey ( 2 footling subs almost $ 27) it was really good. I just can’t eat there very often.

Ordered 2 of the new refresh sub’s. There was, no joke, 1 piece of ham, 1/4 piece of turkey, 1 piece of roast beef…. Almost$30 for 2 of their new sandwiches. For what? We are fairly regular customers, and while the service itself wasn’t horrible, this sandwich should have been taken back & that’s on me. But really learn the new sandwiches. Happy i didn’t upgrade to the hero size.

Ordered from the Subway app and when I got there in about 15 minutes, they haven’t even started on my sub, so I had to wait while she made my sub which, defeats the purpose. They did have 3 customers in the store at the time, but the other Subway I go to never has a problem having my sub ready in time even when they’re busy. The food overall was good.

Gotta say… I had all but given up on Subway for a long time. Gift cards and extreme hunger got me to order online and this location blew me away. The sub was super good! And despite the lack of good healthy options, the sub I was able to create is well worth a return trip!
