Ordered a foot long turkey. I asked for mayo, tomatoes and a fist full of black olives. I was told I can only have a certain amount of black olives. I got maybe 15 individual olives. I have traveled across the U.S. from Florida and have had no problem with a fist full of black olives in over 15 other subways. I said I would pay extra for a fist full of black olives and was still told no. The employee was not rude but his attitude was not his problem and he did not care then hurried me out the door. Not only will I never go back to this subway it will be added to my traveling videos on YouTube of places to never go foe a meal or good service.

Strangest experience at a subway… long line and workers that did not know how to make sandwiches. It was the holiday season so maybe these aren’t the regulars, but they didn’t know ingredients, moved extremely slow and everyone just kind of looked at each other in line because it was so odd.

It’s a typical Subway where my Daughter enjoyed her turkey sandwich while we did laundry next door at the laundromat. There is a goodwill in the connecting strip mall with Hippies in the parking lot smoking pot – just added to the authenticity of the experience.

Yeah its a Subway, but the servers here that I had here were pretty exceptionally nice. Quality is up to scratch as well, no complaints.

We move here in Sept.2023, at first it was fast, good and service was also good. Since then it has slowly declined. They do NOT accept any ads unless you go thru the app. After we used the app, it said it was being made, only to get to the location and it said the transaction was “voided” at location. They proceeded to tell me they never got the order and can not cancel the orders. the older woman started to argue with me and the man only insulted me. They would NOT honor the special and we left. Another time we tried to use the app from my phone and the lap top, both would not me order and then decline TWO different payment cards and a gift card. We arrived at Subway only to be told by the older lady “the only way to get the special, buy one get one free was to use the app.” They DO NOT ACCEPT THE SPECIALS !! Unless you use the app. It was not them she said it was the third party app and they can not accept the specials. NEVER…NEVER had this problem before in other locations. Since Subway Corp. Obviously does not need customers we will gladly go somewhere else that treats customers Better an honors the specials. I drove down the street heading home and went to McDonalds. We spent $24.89 and was treat very friendly and fast. The food tasted great and Subway will be replaced by McDonalds. This is Subway Corporation policy (according to the workers) and the locations attitude that has turned against the public. Maybe when the sales drop they will realize that They need the public more than the public needs them. How many food places are out there?

Samuel is the best! He takes his time to make it right ,just like of you made it for yourself … Amazing attitude and can ask him anything . I love here and eat at subway cause it’s next to my laundry spot but I only eat there now if he’s working ..He makes the whole spot better .Just wanted to recognize a good person and worker .Thanks again
