Our Winslow subway has been on point lately!!! Making my sandwich look just like the commercial! And ready QUICK. I showed up 5 mins early today but wasn’t about to rush anyway so I was sitting in my car, but noticed pick up orders ready and sure enough they already had mine done! Thanks guys! 🙂

Usually order online, most of the time I get a girl who knows how to make a decent sandwich, however today was a different group of workers. I ordered my “regular” sub, I always get the same thing if not the Deal of the day. My subs are usually pretty good, eatable while I drive or sitting at the park.. however, today’s sandwich i had to find a plate, try to hold a piece of bread. It wasn’t toasted, missing lettuce and a little disappointing to eat. I’ve never had a sub look like this before. For a place that had no customers during the time of my order I’m annoyed and disappointed with this sub.

The serving portion is mediocre, the bread is squished and crumbled. Not worth it. Probably the worst Subway I’ve ever been to, and this one has two employees at that, unlike most other Subways.

Second day in a row we’ve been in only 2 types of bread. They have big signs in the window saying fresh cut meat I think it’s too much to ask their staff because now they are out of meats and no bread and vegetables weren’t looking good both days they blamed it on night shift.

We ordered 3 footlong BMT subs on white bread. The bread was soft and fresh for a no bake sub. All the ingredients were plenty and tasty. The service was fantastic and accurately prepared. The time to prepare was normal for the quantity of subs that we ordered for our one server to prepare.

August 1 I received the most rude customer service from this location I have ever experienced. The cashier Lily Threw my receipt at me after she messed up on my order by adding an extra marinara foot-long sandwich meal. I asked to talk to the manager, and she said the manager was not in. She said she couldn’t refund me the money and to call or come back in on Monday which I did today and no luck the manager Trish is nowhere to be found. Please avoid this establishment if you can when Lily is working.
