Absolutely the worst experience!
The lady working there was extremely arrogant for no reason at all. She carelessly poured excessive sauce all over the sandwich area, didn’t even place the cheese properly (it was literally hanging outside), and was throwing the food around as if it didn’t matter. On top of that, she used the same gloves for handling ham and then a veggie sandwich. When we asked her to change the gloves, she rudely responded, “Do you want it or not?”
Seriously? Throwing food around and talking to customers like that?
She also demanded $27.73 in cash, claiming the machine wasn’t working. This is completely unacceptable.
Please check the cameras between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM on 02/21 and verify this behavior.

The Sandwich was good.
The staff was super unfriendly! Both of them, not a single smile, not one friendly word – nothing!
They have a sign saying that the business environment is hard and they had to make tough decisions. Well: If you’re THAT unfriendly to paying customers, no wonder people won’t come back.

The staff was quite rude. There was no greeting at all, and the attitude felt unwelcoming, as if I was an inconvenience. Basic communication or acknowledgment was missing, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
The overall experience put me in a bad mood even before the food. Thankfully, the food was packed properly; otherwise, I genuinely felt like I might have to do it myself.
Also, just a note for others: they do not have any online offers.

Rude staff
They poured over so much dressing and same with salt and pepper that we lost both tate and appetite.
Staff were talking in native language, grunting and sighing…
We did the same which was fun.

Walked in and was immediately told that the oven was not working so only cold sandwiches were available. Ok, ordered my sandwich as a meal with a drink and chips… but the soda machine was broke, and the tea… well no more tea. On top of that it needed up being more than $40 for two sandwich meals.
The service was terrible as well, both persons were rude.

Seems like the owner/staff wants to close this place down. Very rude and unprofessional. We walked in and she told us it’s cash only. We said we’re fine with it and she looked like she hated that. We were few steps away from the counter, looking at the menu for a bit as I was asking my parents what they want, and she kept looking at us and sighing. We were the only customers in the place at the time, so it wasn’t like we were holding up a busy place. When we were ordering, she almost kept yelling at us like we did something wrong. My mom said she felt like she couldn’t say anything to the lady as she kept grunting and half yelling at us with body languages that are clearly angry/annoyed for no reason. At least they packed a lot of veggies.

The food is good. But everytime without fail every single worker is rude as hell. This time she was just plain rude when my sister was ordering and her name is Annie or something and then another time a few girls behind the counter was laughing at us for our order. Horribly rude employees that were put off that customers were there. Spent 5 minutes ignoring us. Yelled at my dad for correcting them when they put the wrong thing on his sandwich.
Plus it is insanely expensive with footlongs being $15-$18. Then they asked if we wanted to tip. Heck no!

Horrible experience at the subway in Page, Arizona. The scanner were not working. The team working there would not listen on which condiments to put. They were too busy to just wrap your subway. Being a tourist town, the subway here have raised their prices to whatever they feel like. It is not a fast food. The staff was super rude and didn’t care r all.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to . The staff was disrespectful, made grumpy faces, refused to reheat the food we bought, provoked an argument, and we had to eat cold food. The food here is more expensive than at other Subways; we paid $19 here when we usually pay $14 for the same food elsewhere.
