Incompetent I ordered a sandwich with the number and was given the wrong sandwich (notice after I got home). I call and they tell me that I should have seen what the sandwich was like when they were asking me what I wanted in it! Why do I have to pay attention to something that shouldn’t be part of my order? What a joke!

This is the new California Steak Sandwich. Lol nope when I called the manager she was BEYOND RUDE to me and told me it was my fault the sandwich was wrong because I watched them make it . I didn’t know I needed to tell the worker what the basic of the sandwich is, no bacon no avacado and some sweet vinaigrette sauce I asked for a refund the manager was completely rude told me to bring in the sandwiches and she will re make them lol like I want a new sanwhich after the first ones sucked, I told her I want a refund and she laughed at me ok……..very rude, she needs to be fired asap

I sometimes eat here as my second option for for a quick fix for food. It’s pretty good, in my opinion, although the meat can change everything about the sub. I usually order a sub with white bread, ham, tomatoes, olives, onions, lettuce, pickles, American cheese, mayo, and mustard. I used to get oven-roasted turkey but it turned quite plain and very bland, so I switched to ham and it changed everything for me. The cookies are great ad well.

The girl who made my sandwich was wonderful. I the guy training her, not so great.The way he was talking down to her and sarcastically saying good job, was very rude. He also had a condescending tone with me THE Customer. I was very close to telling this guy to shut up and let the girl make my sandwich. I hope this makes it to some kind of management. I would have fired this guy on the spot. I feel very bad for the girl that made my sandwich, for having to deal with a total tool.

Tipping should not be part of any walk-up counter establishment. Pay your employees more. At the register they say “it’s going to ask you a question before selecting payment” (it’s a tip request- for a Subway sandwich?!?). The question coerces customers to provide supplemental income on top of already-inflated prices. It takes about 60 seconds to make my sandwich. They want an additional $4 tip for that? That’s $240 an hour by that logic. Absolutely not. I will no longer be tipping at walk-up counter establishments. Nobody else should either. I’m considering not returning to places who implement this hustle. It also makes the employees worse (entitled).

We typically don’t get Subway unless there’s a BOGO buy 1 get 1 free deal. Today we ordered online and by the time we got there it was already ready for pickup which was convenient. Store looked clean & both sandwiches were absolutely tasty and tasted so fresh. I am very impressed with this location and I will be coming back in the future.

First time ordering from this location. One of my sandwiches was asked to have salt an pepper on it and it seemed like they poured the whole container on it. Other sandwiches had the wrong ingredients on it and was over all just not what we wanted. Definitely would not recommend this location from what I’ve experienced and read about.

My daughter and I ordered two identical sandwiches – turkey on wheat, provolone cheese, spinach, tomato, and lots of black olives. The sandwiches were made to perfection in a timely manner. That’s about all you can ask for in a good sandwich order. Thanks Subway! Nailed it!

You were out of roast beef so I had to settle for something else… I was really craving roast beef so the sandwich I ordered was edible buy not what I wanted…asked for the garlic aoli on the side…got home and discovered it wasn’t in the bag and I got white bread instead of the Italian herb bread…more disappointment…. needless to say it aided in the bad Christmas eve I was already having….my hubby and grandson got exactly what they ordered and wanted
