These people came to my resque. I needed lunch fast and they prepaired me a hot sandwich quickly and with a smile. They had fantastic cusotmer service. I loved my MONSTER sandwitch on wheat with everything and a vinigerett dressing. Yum! You should try their cranberry cookies. I really enjoyed those.

I’ve been getting salads here for about a year. Always impressed with how good they are. Tonight I ordered online. Didn’t look at it til I got home. Lazy workers didn’t cut up meat. Full slices thrown on top. I paid $1.05 for avocado. None. Shredded cheese should have been x2. Barely x1.worst part…. Under the full slices of lunch meat was a solid layer of black pepper. I threw away the pieces w the most and still all I tasted was pepper. Those 2 teenagers guys should be reprimanded. My advice to them…..if you have a job at least try. Otherwise there’s no reason for you to be there. Guys, don’t live your life doing the minimum. Your mom will be disappointed.
Oh and not 1 other customer in the store. No I didn’t take it back to tired and phone was dead so no pictures.

Visited a day or two before Thanksgiving.. about 530/6 pm.. two ladies were working and one of them had their daughter with them. Apparently the child was way more important than customers. The spinach had pieces of chicken, celery, pickles, and lettuce all in it. The counter was nasty. I was asked by the older lady, who didn’t have the child, what I wanted. I told her three times. After seeing the condition of the vegetable section and the condition of the store, and having to compete with the other worker and her child, I decided to go next door to the Mexican restaurant. I would recommend, to anyone reading, to go next door if you see two ladies working. Or maybe check and see the condition of the store and it’s cleanliness before ordering. I will not be going back anytime soon.

The manager was very unprofessional I saw her yelling at a couple employees when I walked in the door and she fired both employees in front of everybody causing a huge scene, the most unprofessional experience I have ever had and when It was my turn to order my sandwich I was met with pure rudeness, I will not be returning to this location and I think they need to reevaluate there staff

Unfortunately my son got food poisoning from here from the meatballs. I’m not sure if their bin is keeping them to the correct temperature or not. But he was pretty sick from it for a few days.

I ordered a six pack of chocolate chip cookies online. Instead of baking more they simply waited 40 minutes for me to get to the store to tell me they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. And that I could pick out of the cookies that they had. Which were all the flavor of cookies nobody wants. This happened at 4 p.m. So it’s not like they were trying to clean up and go home either. Just pure unprofessional laziness.

This is the slowest subway I’ve ever been too.. I usually drive across town to go to the other one but I made the mistake of stopping in yesterday. What a waste of time and money, looking back I should have just left. Zero sense of urgency which I could respect if they could get an order right.. even though I spoke slow and clear the lady still managed to mess up the order behind the metal lid and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. Prices go up and customer service goes down.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last two times I have been here I have had the worst customer service. First experience they did not acknowledge I was even there. Without saying anything she just stared at me until I told her what I wanted like I was wasting her time. And proceeded to make my sandwich with an attitude. Second experience went through the drive through there was no one else in the store, we ordered two sandwiches. We had the same lady help us. I ordered a sandwich and requested it be toasted, due to being pregnant and not being able to eat lunch meat without it being heated up first. They did not toast it and I had to go home and heat it up myself. Needless to say they need better staff who actually care about there job.
