I normally ignore the negative comments as a Bad day for the most part (short staff, new hires or product issues etc,). Giving anything above a two stars for today would be wrong! I should have went into Fry’s and purchased my &$37 lunch!!! This was my first and probably last time buying from this location-I paid for Pro extra meats and my other two sandwiches were anemic of my protein and loaded with veggies!!! This was a mobile pickup (wrong location)normally go to Litchfield Park Awesome staff and subs made correctly every time even with new hires . I suggest Market Team or trainer visit this location! Love Subway but not getting what I paid for

WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. They put too much sauce making the bread super soggy. I literally live a 4 minute drive away. It didn’t look like that much from my angle. Very disappointed. Quality has gone down the drain. Won’t be returning.

I mean I know Subway is not a five-star restaurant and the people that work there have no customer service or people skills. But man the service I got today was something else. Went to Subway on 107th avenue and Indian school and there were no customers in there but yet I was made to wait until The employee was done making a sandwich for her man that came in in a city transit shirt, she had to make sure his sub was made before she even took my order and rudely told me that she had to finish the sandwich. I could tell they had a problem with white people the moment I walked And because they were black and obviously racist. I simply asked them if they could warm up the warm up the rotisserie chicken with the cheese on it without toasting the bread and they said no which I know is a lie because other subways that have white people working there will gladly do it for me. Because of how racist the subway is. I will never go back and I am definitely going to tell my employer the next time they do the catering event not to order from that Subway because I don’t want to support a Subway that allows racist employees to work in that store. My employer will definitely find a different Subway to cater with next time, I do expect at least mediocre service without a side of racism. When I go to a restaurant. I should get a job at Subway since they allow your spouse to come in and be fed while the employee is on the clock while making the customer’s wait. It’s no wonder what that type of service. The restaurant had no customers.

Ordered a footlong. Missing my avocado that we paid extra for and my cheese as well. I’m pregnant and I was starving so I ate the 6 inch and it was disappointing, it tasted like a plain chicken sandwich so now I have my other half of my sandwich and will just add my cheese I have here at home when I decide to eat it later. My husband was calling the location more than 10 times and no one answered… We will just dispute the charge over our bank

We ordered the five dollar Dorito nachos and asked them to remove the onions. Please add black olives. To which the manager ASHLEY responded they cannot add black olives. This is absolutely ridiculous. Every other subway has removed the onions and added black olives with no issues we highly recommend. Do not go to this Subway if you want your order made your way.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t even begin to explain how bad the service was. One of the girls had such a nasty attitude—when we asked about prices, she just said “I don’t know” and acted like we were bothering her. No one greeted us, no one said “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. What kind of place doesn’t care about basic customer service? I’m taking my money somewhere else.

Absolute worst. Didn’t have all the items in stock as far as toppings. Wouldn’t accept my gift card. Didn’t know how to fix the issue just kept talking and saying uhm I did everything I could but yeah I tried to help you out so just uhm pay cash even though I see you have a subway gift card with a balance on it. Will not be going to subway for a while. And can’t forget to mention the fact, she cut my sub through the paper which got paper in my sub.
