I am one of the caregivers who was present during a very disturbing incident at this Subway on Saturday, October 11, in the afternoon. I was accompanying two developmentally disabled adults, and while we were ordering our food, the assistant manager, Anna Ruis, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and aggressive toward our group.

When one of the ladies politely asked for her sandwich to be heated — but not toasted to the point of being crusty — Anna’s tone and attitude became unreasonably hostile. Her behavior escalated to the point that one of the disabled women became visibly shaken and broke down in tears out of fear and confusion.

This was an absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable situation. The police was called by that person that calls herself assistant manager (Anna Ruiz ) and an officer came to the restaurant, filed a report, and personally apologized to us for the way the assistant manager treated our clients.

No person should ever be treated this way — especially individuals with developmental disabilities who depend on kindness, patience, and respect from those around them. As a caregiver, I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by what took place, and I will never return to this location again.

Every time ive gone here, I’ve gotten heavy sauce put on my sub. Today i selected LESS and they covered it with sauce in a mess with the wrapping. The second sauce wasnt even put on. It wasn’t toasted and not even cut in half.

The staff members I met were super awesome! Our sandwiches were super yummy and the staff member was checking temperatures of all the condiments as I was there (before lunch break) which I don’t mind at all. Honestly it was nice to know they care about keeping everything fresh. They also have tables inside you can sit down at and eat

Much better ingredients than several years ago. But the 6″ Subway Club was overpriced at $10+.

A little while ago in February, I came to order a sandwich. There were two individuals (a male and a female), they were friendly and made sure I got what I wanted. I asked for onions and there weren’t any in the tray but they chopped some for me. That’s excellent service.

June 4th 9:50 p.m. I arrived and it was closed they were still in there but they closed it they’re not supposed to close till 10:00 I could have went to another one but I went to this one if the store says 10:00 p.m. they should stay open till 10:00 p.m. now I don’t have a sub sandwich

Ordered a half hour ahead of time 11/9/23 to make life easier for everybody and guarantee no wait, show up (7:12) to pick up my food and the meatballs haven’t even started cooking and will be another 20 minute wait. Why not start cooking the food you know that you don’t have for my sandwich when I ordered it a half hour ago, or at the very least attempt to contact me? So now my one sandwich has been sitting for 45 mins and the other one is just now getting done. Nice job subway.

My husband and I came here today to get some sub sandwiches and the one lady we’re not sure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag but she had a nose piercing which is fine by us but she was not personal very rude. Her coworker Aubrey, however, was amazing. I don’t wanna get anybody fired, but please do some coaching for your customer service. This is the second time we’ve had very bad customer service here as a matter fact, we’ve driven out of our way to go to another subway before.

This is our usual subway and generally have a good experience, however, today the service was less than acceptable to start, young lady was visibly getting frustrated with the seniors I was accompanying trying to remember what she likes to eat. The lettuce was brown and when asked if they had other lettuce the manager tossed the lid obviously out of frustration. Payed for our food and sat inside to eat. Roughly 2 bites into a tuna sub we found a metal shard, stabbed my mother in the mouth, when I brought it up to the register so my mother wouldn’t have to deal with the attitude from before, I was told to wait because there was a lobby of customers. Today I feel as though seniors are not treated well at this location and emergencies such as metal fragments in their food are brushes aside and not taken seriously. We will be finding a different location.
