It’s overall half and half experience. One half you’ll get tightly packed and very neat and well thought of sandwiches and the other half a sloppy mess. It usually is good when the girls are making the sandwiches but overall good place with friendly service.

I ordered a sandwich and chocolate chip cookie bar for $33.00 yesterday. The Uber driver went the wrong way on Winterhaven Drive, they charged my credit card and brought the food back to the store. I have not received a call, a credit or my food. I tried calling the store numerous times and it says the phone is not set up to have a mailbox. So there is no calling. I would give no stars if I could. I placed a online order ,they took my money from my credit card then when I go to check my order it says I never placed one. Well you had no problem taking money for a non existent order. Can’t call them because no working phone number. Now I have to wait to get my money back as it will have to be disputed. Never will I deal with this subway again.

Will not be returning to this location ever. There were flies in food area, the glass had spills all over it. The cashier was rough with my soup which baffled me because its Soup! He was very friendly and fast but careless with that part of the transaction

Honestly the worst customer service ever. To the way they didn’t greet us and we stand right in front the of not one word until the guy finished doing i don’t know what. The lady can’t catch her name is very rude seriously the worst experience ever .

If I could give this zero stars I would. They have terrible customer service. I placed my order online ahead of time and when I got them they rudely gave them to me. Then as I got home and ate half of one it hit me that there was absolutely no cheese on either wraps we ordered even though I specifically ordered extra cheese on both, and when I call to tell them they say there’s nothing they can do. Most restaurants and places own up to it when they make a mistake, not them.

Not a very good experience. I ordered a footlong sub sandwich that wasn’t ready even though I used the Subway app. I was charged with someone else’s order. After a half hour, I finally got my order. I was also shocked to see that neither employee wore a face mask or hand covering. Where is the Covid-19 training?
