It all starts with “the stare” at all the fresh ingredients loaded to the top for my enjoyment…A.K.A the Subway experience…In general, I had Tuna… on wheat…12′ inch… With the toppings to my liking… I went with the old school flavor of Tuna, but with the Subway kick to it…I came in with a smile and left with a smile… When all is said and don’t forget to pay the cashier…

I have ordered through their app 2 times. In the past month. Last order I placed. My brother in law picked up and they made 2 of my sandwhich. I paid for extra steak on his. I tried contacting the store several times and they don’t answer their phone. Today I placed an order for delivery. And I’m missing one of my drinks!. Tried contacting delivery service and Sunway and of corse no answer. I also used my rewards for this order. Poor customer service. Will not be returning to the subway on 24th st.

Neither of the subways that are close to me would let me pay for my order over the phone, when one in particular has done it for me before. I don’t understand why you would take a phone in order with out it being due for the money at the time of order. Seems to me u would loose money (food cost) if the order was not picked up/ paid in full at time of order. The team member assured me the food wouldn’t go to waste if it weren’t picked up, that they would just take them home. They lost my mother’s day party platter order and any others in the future.

I really like that they have a special everyday of the week, but really dislike that it seems like everyday their soup of the day is always chicken noodle. I even call to every couple days to see if it’s different, but it’s always the same. And also the customer service has really declined here they use to be so friendly.

Went there and as soon as I open door, I fell, didn’t see the crack in front of door, had one employee ask if I was ok, but manager was at register and wasn’t even concern at all. Bad customer service and to the one employee that was concern thank u for asking
