Service is terrible. The workers are so unfriendly!! There was no greet when walking in the door, there were no smiles, they look like they hated their jobs and upon checking out there was no “have a nice day” or anything.. even after leaving a tip. Sandwiches are also super pricy! I will definitely be driving further to a different subway location.

My husband went in to order a veggie delight, and came home with only the extra toppings. When he went back, he was told the veggie delight doesn’t come with base vegetables, that it’s only what we order. They then made me a sandwich with pickles, mustard Mayo and provalone cheese – just the extras. I’m so sick of business owners that are too lazy to train their staff. Your 2 evening staff don’t know what a base sandwich domes with, and giggled like children when remaking it. They need babysitters. If your online ordering was available, this wouldn’t have happened.

We brought our neighbor with us. Our family had ONE coupon. Our neighbor received her own set of coupons. JACKY saw that we were all talking and that we had two coupons. We were told by JACKY that we couldn’t use two coupons. I told JACKY we had two different forms of payment, different coupons, different houses, that we simply carpooled. Jackie stated since we “walked in together”, we were only allowed to use one coupon. JACKY was very adamant that this was “her manager’s policy”.

This is my neighborhood subway, never had I had issues tell they hired or the old Asian lady bought the place.. not sure but have noticed since she started all they hire is Asian.. I once ordered a Philly and she got mad cause I was trying to fix it they way I wanted it and not the way it was on the menu.. I was like this is subway. I want to fix it the way I want it not the way it’s in the menu! Then I ask for extra pickles she gives me less then the normal amount.. and I say it again please give me extra pickles.. she then tells me that they are on a shortage.. mind you they have a full bowl container of pickles in front of me.. I will not ever go to this place till they get ride of this lady..

. I placed a mobile order at 2735 S 99th Ave suite. The order said it would be ready at 8:40. We arrived at the time and saw another man go up to the door and it was locked. We then got worried and walked up thinking they were only doing the mobile orders but it wouldn’t open. The sign was completely on and said open. We knocked and the worker was cleaning and ignored us. We knocked again and the worker looked at me with disgust that I was even asking for help. I have never been so disrespected in my life. He refused to open the door or even speak to us. We then called the store and another worker answered. His name was Andrew and he told us we would not get a refund and that they didn’t even know how to issue one. We asked for their names and it was Angel and Andrew. We understand for security to not open the door but they completely shut the store down. Mobile order should not be left on if the workers can not do it. This location doesn’t close til 9:00pm this is so unacceptable. They were rude and didn’t even have the decency to say sorry for the inconvenience or even to come back in the morning. They disregarded us completely and made us feel like a burden for even ordering. On the door was a single piece of paper saying closed that was handwritten.I’m extremely upset by this experience . There was also no manager in sight and these two teen boys decided to close the store with no care for the customers ordering online.

Showed up at the store, when I walked in the lady at the register asked me “you pay right now.” I said “excuse me.” She said “l’m closing the store now.” I showed up an hour before closing. So I paid I paid prior to making my 2 sandwiches. When I made my sandwiches, they told me my cheese would be extra and since I already paid I could not add cheese. I said “well you made me pay first.” She would not add cheese cuz she already closed the register…Awful.

I will never come back, the two ladies that makes the sandwich don’t ask you nothing like do you want dressing? Do you want anything else. They act like they are giving you a favor and all they ask is “ that’s all” and the facial expresión is that they hate when you ask for something.
