I absolutely HATE writing about a business. But on top of only ONE person running the front, and no one available to answer the phone or saying their phones don’t work. All of that with the added misfortune on my part that my order was not available when I placed it ahead of time and them telling my husband someone took it and THEN telling him he placed the order in the wrong store and that they and the other store were the same address so it was easy to mix up (not how addresses work.) then begrudgingly giving in and making our sandwiches (which were made incorrectly.) but only after pretending to go into the back of the store and saying there was no order placed. MAGICALLY she pressed a button on her system and look what she has there, our order. The store was also set up like it was going to close. It was 5pm but its store hours were until 9pm. I have lived in san luis my entire life. And it fills me with so much discontent when I or my husband want takeout and don’t feel up to driving 30 minutes to yuma for takeout. Because why? Why are yall so against customers or customer service? What is it? Don’t want to work? Okay cool, don’t. I have worked retail and fast food, i understand the hardships. BUT i would never act like this.

This Subway is inside of Wal-Mart. It’s very clean and the customer service is friendly. Cleanliness is also really good even though they get a lot of traffic. I would recommend this subway!
