Today Jan/30/2026 Young lady could do basic math on a coupon $4.99 was charging $9.49 no basic sense! This girl went on and said bruh like we are friends and with a bitchy attitude! Subway at the minimum hire people with math skills not just body’s that can even add!

My husband and I went in on a Thursday night around 7:15pm. We were so pleased with Isabella and Erick’s customer service, we were actually shocked. Isabella went above and beyond and made us the best sandwich we’ve ever seen at a subway. Everything looked fresh and the sub tasted perfect. SHE will make us come back to this subway every time.

Terrible they are holding tablets and don’t wash there hands to make the sandwich, they put it in toaster and go to the back where my wife and I hear sounds of doing whatever only to come back and try to put all the veggies on absolutely disgusting I will not return. A mile a way way cleaner and fresher food the lettuce was brown the tomatoes looked gross take caution at this location. I chose to walk out on this place.

I do not recommend this Subway location. I ordered two sandwiches, and the employee didn’t notice that the wheat bread was as hard as a rock. When I got home and opened it up, it was inedible because the bread was so hard!

I called the store and spoke to someone named Randy. He had poor phone etiquette and gave us attitude. When I asked for assistance, he said, “I don’t know what to do.” Seriously? We requested to speak to someone in charge, but he told us there was no one available. It was disappointing to have someone with such poor customer service handling the situation alone.

Randy mentioned that he would call the store manager, but we specifically asked for the manager to call us back directly. Instead, Randy called us back with the same attitude and informed us that the manager said to bring in the receipt, and they would remake the sandwiches. It’s clear that Randy’s lack of customer service skills stems from the lack of training by his manager, who clearly does not prioritize customer care.

We will never visit another Subway again! Subway needs to improve their customer service training, starting from the top down.

Girl working there has no personality or emotions. Acts like this job is a prison sentence, lettuce was browning, spinach was shriveled with age, I don’t drink soda but, all three non soda drinks were out due to no one changing the box of syrup in the back. Lazy staff… Prices are ridiculously expensive and every week it seems the prices ho up. It’s practically $25 for a footlong meal now. Subway needs a strategy to adjust to the local communities income.

Q and Joey are great employees! They are patient and kind and made my dinner experience enjoyable! I enjoy when I come into a food place and the employees are joyful! Definitely keep these two working together they are a great duo! Food is always amazing
