Horrible experience!! We had ordered online , they got our meal wrong we asked for it to be toasted ( it was indeed not toasted) we went to go get it fixed but instead the employee Perla had just dug inside our sandwich made a mess and said she couldn’t do a refund or remake . The Employee Perla and Angie gave us a hard time while they were on their phones making fun of the situation like kids .. as if it comes out there check and said they couldn’t remake due to “my manager said we can’t give out free product” which it was never giving out free PRODUCT we just wanted it remade ! SMH ! Never ordering here again .

Emily was full of consideration while making my sub. She actually asked if i wanted my extra cheese on the side of the sandwich or top. She was very kind and the Christmas music in the back was a nice touch. Well done. Sandwich was great!

I stopped in for lunch today and got a delicious spicy nacho chicken sub. Ashanti was very friendly and talked while she was making a sub. She made me feel like a valued customer. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I want to say thank you to her for making me smile because of her kindness.

Everything you want from a subway!! Clean, enthusiastic employees, and everyone was polite. They mastered the art of subs and made mine just the way I like it.

Music was a good volume and they got me in and out quick. Ingredients were fresh!

Not much else to say, if you want subway this is a good one.

I came here looking forward to a meatball sub and they were out at 5PM? I went to Firehouse instead. I don’t waste my time coming here anymore. Firehouse always has meatball for my hero sandwich.

I would like to complain about your employee you have working, he is HORRIBLE, I ordered three subs, I also asked for three footlong dippers and one churro. He said he can’t make my three footlong dippers and one churro because he had to make online orders. I explained that I was here first and he’s working on my order. That it’s not professional for him to abandon half of my order, all he said was “well I have other orders”. As he was being rude to me, people in line started to walk out due to his unprofessionalism. I spent $60 and he was disrespectful and unprofessional. He is an African American with dreads. He doesn’t know how to listen or have customer service ethics.

I ordered a salad and a footlong to dine in, since I was very hungry to my surprice I didn’t get a fork to eat my salad. When I requested one they said they didn’t have any. How do you expect someone to eat a salad without a fork? Why you didn’t inform me before I ordered a salad? How you can’t even buy a small package when you have a Basha’s next to you. I even left them a 15% tip before knowing this poor service.

Since this is close to my house i always gravitate to this location however like always the veggies on display always look old or dried out. The lettuce today like always looked like it needed to tossed out and a new batch brought in.
This place really needs to stop cutting corners and start putting out their best products forward. I’ll start going out of my way to the goodyear location.
