Cold, unmelted cheese on what was supposed to be a “toasted” sandwich—absolutely pathetic. Biting into it felt like eating leftovers straight from the fridge. The worst part? Both employees couldn’t be bothered to even look up or say a word when I walked in. They were too busy feeding themselves to do their job. Easily one of the laziest customer service experiences I’ve had.

I just left the store and the girl that helped me was super super friendly very accommodating very nice and the store was spotless like super Duper clean. I rarely see subways this clean. I was very pleased with my visit and I would definitely tell other people about this location and I would definitely be coming back

There need to be an investigation on how criminal the employees work and attitude. Please stop hiring people that are supposed to be giving good customer give attitude because they have to work and make sandwiches. You decided to be a sandwich maker not me. Don’t take your frustration out on the customers. I waited 25 mins for a sub with 3 people in the store. They were moving lackadaisical and like there’s not a job to complete. Subway this is supposed to be your first line of defense of your business. Subway please fix it.

I love subways veggie delight sandwich but often if not always my bread is hard (I never get it toasted) doesn’t matter the time of day I come , it can be early , midafternoon or evening. Today I went for my veggie sandwich at 11:45am and the young small male didn’t even greet me with hello , hence I left no tip unfortunately. There was a time when an older woman use to work at this location and she set the bar on kindness and always greeting customers . Not sure where she’s at but it does make a difference when you are greeted with a hello.
Update tried this location again at 7pm and my bread was rock hard that I threw the entire sandwich away! Who is running this franchise!?

What a joke! The guy working literally refused to make a sandwich. Told myself and another customer it would be ten minutes because they were too busy prepping in the back. Why do you need to prep if you are scaring off all of the customers. I will follow up and try to contact a manager.

Today was not their best. She didn’t hear what I said she got an attitude. Now she can’t make a simple turkey Sub. I declined the sandwich and all she can say is have a good day.

There is a worker there named Charles , the guy walks in carrying two 6in blades on his waist. Blades for deer hunting not cutting subs! Absolutely insane and have no idea how he got that job. This is Goodyear not Phoenix. Should be fired immediately. That is a family food place where kids go into

I visit this location frequently and it’s overpriced now, so I rarely go, but I miss the old staff. They always laughed with my husband and I. They talked to my son. They were the reason I often ate there. They have a new girl, with very short blonde hair, and she never seems happy. She asked my coworker if my husband abused me. We’ve been happily married 9 years and together 15. He doesn’t abuse me. Please learn some respect or get a better job.
