Did not expect so much from this location as its in a gas station , unfortunately had a mid age woman who kept asking what ingredients we wanted over and over as if she was high. She was handling our food we ended up with food poisoning. First we noticed she would reuse the white papers they make your sub on, so our subs were only wrapped in one layer of paper wich is the one with their branding and its see through and she would cross contaminate by reusing the white paper on other subs. They probably use old ingredients my bread felt very stale. Safer eating the McDonalds or burger king. (Included her description for identification purposes) even though this location itself needs a review
Review:
My recent visit to Subway left me with mixed feelings. While the food itself was satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by poor service, a lackluster atmosphere, and an unexpectedly high price tag given its location within a gas station.
Let’s start with the service. The staff at this particular Subway seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm one would expect in a customer-facing role. The ordering process felt rushed, with minimal interaction or guidance from the employees. It was disappointing to see a lack of attentiveness to customer needs and a missed opportunity to provide a more personalized experience.
One aspect that I found particularly disappointing was the pricing. Considering the location within a gas station, I had expected Subway to offer more reasonable prices. However, I was taken aback by the higher-than-expected cost of the meal. While Subway is generally known for its affordability, this particular location seemed to have inflated prices, making it a less attractive option for a quick meal.
On a more positive note, the food itself was decent. Subway’s signature customizable sandwiches and salads were fresh, and the ingredients appeared to be of good quality. However, the lackluster service and atmosphere somewhat overshadowed the otherwise satisfactory taste of the meal.
In summary, my experience at this Subway location was less than stellar. The poor service, lackluster atmosphere, and higher-than-expected prices dampened what could have been a more enjoyable visit. While the food quality was decent, these other factors make it difficult for me to recommend this particular Subway, especially considering the many alternatives available.
