Terrible service workers are not honoring coupons.if you don’t like your job find another one but don’t let the customer feel not appreciated and not valued for the services rendered you must do better need a whole new management team a whole new everything you guys need to do better this will be my last time. I’ll be coming to this location. And I will sure be calling corporate on this matter and also I’m not happy with my meal. There’s a funny taste or something in there that has a funny taste to it do better folks and remember God first.

I ordered two sandwiches on the app and as you can see there is a stark difference between the two. I showed up promptly because the app said my sandwiches were ready, and the employee then said he would start making them. It took 24 minutes for them to do so, and when I got home one was severely burnt and the other was undercooked. After emailing the manager, their response was, “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view”. I appreciate the copy and paste approach to customer service and will never be returning.

I just door dashed 2 subs from here. Order # 57b213d5-b7. A 12in tuna and a 6in steak and cheese. The bread on both subs was hard and just crumbley and the steak on the 6in wasn’t even warmed up. I haven’t tried this subway in over a year because the last time the mayo was spoiled. So here was your second chance and yep……you failed again. This subway should be shut down

This subway has to be the cleanest one for miles. Every time we come in, we’re met with the nicest staff, including the manager; a blonde lady with glasses. They are all very kind and hard working people. The food is fresh, consistent, and delicious! Not to mention the restaurant is always clean when we come in. I’m so glad this place is right up the street from our house!

Love the food here and a regular customer come by all the time get the usual but every single time I go and when this one lady is working there. She’s a Caucasian heavier, set lady with glasses with some bangs and she always messes up my portion sizes and even messed up my my order a couple times I feel embarrassed to say anything but then she kept doing it so I finally manned up and I decided that I would say something and when I did, she just ignored me. I said it twice even still ignored me and then I said it right before I ordered and she got all mad talking about “well you can go somewhere else” The food is amazing but I just can’t with it when this lady is working there any other time it’s really nice experience. I love the food Industry whenever I see her whenever she’s working and I come in to get Subway for my regular order I just go to a different location because I can’t with that lady. She would just give me so sad sad to my heart. I am very disappointed.

Food was i have no idea as I never was able to even place my order service was horrible zero help when I was in their for an hour trying to place a order and the app wasn’t working I’ve worked in food I know it takes you two 2nds to manually override your discounts but employees would rather have someone wait for an hour just to leave with nothing good job subway gave yall a 2nd chance with this deal in years and this location ruined it also subway get your app fixed no reason a customer should be able to operate a app every other fast food place except subway because it’s the most laggy glitch infested app I think I’ve ever used

This is my favorite Subway for several reasons. First, it’s super close and convenient. It’s inside the neighborhood corner gas station. It’s always clean and the food is tasty, fresh and properly stored. It’s rare that they don’t have something, which shows how much attention they pay to their customers. It’s great not to have to drive far to get the exact sandwich you want!
The next reason this is my favorite Subway has to be the staff AND managers. The staff is always friendly and efficient. They have a respectful sense of urgency (needed to work with the hungry) without making you feel rushed when you’re ordering. The managers actually care about the people they work with, and it shows. I’ve seen managers come out of the office, several times, to help out. And not in a mean or condescending way either, just doing what needs to be done and providing a tasty sandwich too. Keep up the great work and many thanks!!
