I ordered two sandwiches on the app and as you can see there is a stark difference between the two. I showed up promptly because the app said my sandwiches were ready, and the employee then said he would start making them. It took 24 minutes for them to do so, and when I got home one was severely burnt and the other was undercooked. After emailing the manager, their response was, “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view”. I appreciate the copy and paste approach to customer service and will never be returning.

We had a great experience at this subway. Bryan, Caden and Cruz had amazing customer service. They kindly greeted us and took the time to ask us how we were doing. Made our sandwiches in a timely manner while also working hard doing a ton of pickup orders. Will come again.

I placed and order through the Subway app which is delivered through door dash. I do a lot of door dash orders. The manager at THIS location is awesome. She called to inform me that the dasher picked up my order and went back in to the store to wait for another order to deliver. She told me that my food had been sitting in his car in the Arizona heat for 15-20 minutes. I’ve never had a restaurant to call me regarding my order’s delivery. If the food is bad, I know for sure it is not this Subways fault. It’s the drivers.

If you like your bread really dry and flakey an come here, 9/10 times bread is always super dry and not very flavorful and flakes off with every bite, like they over cook it or its 5 days old.

The shop is a short hop from our place. Subway food is subway food. Always good. Now, the people working there are always professional and very friendly. Great kids who are actually working for a living! Gotta love that!

Went Nov 14th at 3pm. The male employee was very slow. There were 5 people ahead of me and then he took 10 mins to make my 2 simple sandwiches. My total time in the restaurant was 32 minutes. The female employee was a pro she was fast and efficient trying to help him as much as she could in between making the bread. I think he was new on the job. I’ll be back tho.
