I had placed my order online, got there 15 min after the “ready by” time and it wasn’t ready. Only one employee appeared to be working and she made my sandwiches as I was waiting. The employee seemed sweet but was wearing bracelets hanging out of her gloves that I could see touching all the food as the prepped the sandwiches. Kinda gross and unsanitary…. I will not be going back to this location unfortunately.

the night crew is horrible. specially the chubby white girl with tattoo on forearm. she has horrible attitude and gives you a horrible look like she hates when customers come in. while doing the sandwich she does it like she was forced or giving away free food. really felt unwelcome here. i prefer to drive 10 mins to a different subway just so i dont deal with her. bad for business and very unprofessional

I have gone to this subway for years back when the previous owner had it. I knew most of the managers for the last 10 years. I was going there for the last 2 years 5 days a week. Today I went in there and my sandwich that I order online for the last two years wasn’t ready for the first time ever. And they waited until I got there to tell me that had no avocado. First time in over a decade of going there that I told them to cancel out the order. To which they replied we can’t you have to do it online. (which you can’t do because there useless app says you already picked it up before you even get to the store.) All of this to say Beware of this store! Its a shame what new owners and new managers can do to a normally good, thriving store.

This place is the worst job to have, they promise you things they don’t keep their word on, They give you part time hours, when you apply for full time, you get no benefits whatsoever. Area director has no manners, she goes in without even greeting the employees and yet talks behind your back to the manager.

I absolutely love Subway. This restaurant on 67th and Bethany Home Rd. has to be the worst experience. I’ve gone a several occasions the oven wasn’t working for days, they are always out of condiments at night, they don’t have bread at night. I usually don’t leave bad reviews. It seems after 6pm the service is horrible. This is repeatedly happening. I wouldnt recommend at all.
