Ordered a tuna sandwich on flatbread. The sandwich had a funky taste. Store said I had to go back to their store to return sandwich. Would not give me a refund. I cannot go back to their store since I live too far. I happened to have an appointment two cities away and cannot drive back to their store. Should have believed me and provided better customer service.

Do you know what’s wrong with Subway? Everything. This particular subway just doesn’t do any coupons because they don’t feel like it. Ordering a toasted sandwich isn’t even warm when sitting down to eat it. You are paying $10 for a “six inch” sub with drink and chips. Honestly I don’t understand how places like this are still in business. And just to put the icing on the cake, the lady who was helping me was in the middle of phone call on her personal cell phone wile she was “helping” me. And as I sat down the business phone rang 2 times and she refused to pick it up. Even going so far as to look at the phone wile it was ringing and then not pick it up.

Apparently something had changed the last year at this Subway. Used to be able to count on a good sandwich from a reputable chain food restaurant. The last two visits we had horrible service and the worst sandwiches ever! And these were simple ham and cheese. The guy preparing the sandwiches scrimped on the lettuce, spinach and tomatoes. The entire thing was sad. We have been going to this location for almost four years and suddenly we can’t rely on a decent Subway. Do yourself a favor and go to another location. Maybe they’ll get the idea!

Ordered online for my staff, drove 15m to the store to pick up order, store cancelled my order when I arrived. I used a online promotion that was emailed to me to place the order. They cancelled our order because of a sign they have posted that says they do not accept coupons. Ended up getting lunch for our staff somewhere else. Will not be going back to Subway.

All the newest reviews about the Hindi lady are 100% accurate. She is VERY RUDE, doesn’t even read the online order ticket all the way so my order always gets messed up and when you tell her it’s wrong, she doesn’t even care to listen to us when the order is wrong, she looks like she hates her life and provides the worst customer service ever. Surprised she’s not fired yet

Simply delish. Service is fast and the subs are delectable. Only thing I disagree with is the price of a small drink. No matter if it’s soda, water, etc…it’s nearly $3.00!!! ATROCIOUS. This last visit I was disappointed in the way the woman treated me also. She never smiled, nor thanked me – I could have bought a 6″ sub for my drink price!. I have a service dog who is tall. Since I just went in to order a drink…and she didn’t get my Gatorade, I went and got it out of the cooler myself. She had pointed for me to get my own..As I reached for the bottle she yelled at me saying she didn’t want my dog’s nose near the cooler?! I was not expecting her rude service so I was surprised. Glad I didn’t leave her a tip for doing nothing and insulting me in front of a family. I got my drink and we left promptly. Any other time, I would have given 4 or 5 stars. It was my 1st & last visit to this location. When will establishments teach their employees that customer service is #1! When will large chains start loosing business because they “feel” they can afford to treat their customers with bad attitudes instead of good, friendly service? NO COMPANY IS THAT GREAT! Sure left a LINGERING BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH!

Dont bother ordering on line w special instructions, theydont bother reading them. Even when you walk in and catch them.making it wrong, the Hindi lady doesnt see it till you point it out on the order ticket. She excels and frustrating the customer….
