I’ve been taking advantage of the footlong Bogo offer recently and each time the subs have been on point. While they have been consistently good, the subs tonight were basically picture perfect. I appreciate the effort! Sometimes, (at other locations) you get people who don’t care as much and it shows. Thank you to the young man who helped me out a few days ago and young lady who put these bad boys together tonight!

I think it’s absolutely disgusting that a manager would let one young kid work all by himself with no help. Poor kid was busting his butt trying to help all the people in the store and knock out 10+ online orders. Someone getting paid minimum wage does not deserve that especially if they have to take on online orders as well. You should at least have another person to help with those. I did 5 stars for the service because this kid didn’t let the pressure get to him at all and still was so kind and greeted every guest and gave amazing customer service under stress even though people were huffing and puffing because of the wait times. He deserves a raise

Based on other recent reviews, these employees either don’t care that you ask and pay for double meat OR they ignore the request. Is it that hard to see that double meat is requested? Apparently, calling to talk to someone that can fix this will just end in being hung up on. I mean does this look like double meat? Or are we rationing meat now? Maybe I should get an egg on my sandwich?
