I’ve been here several times over the last years, maybe just once every few months. I like the fresh food with lots of choices so quite often go to others when traveling. This is always nice and clean so usually get a foot long. eat half there and half to go. But the serving guy today was terrible, certainly having couple of customers was an unecessary pain for him. He had one earbud in and was obviously listening to some music so I had to repeat myself at least once for everything. I wasn’t asked so had to tell him 4 times I wanted some black pepper as he was trying to fold it up. Then I said I wanted the 2 halves wrapped separately he said “really”, it was all too much hassle. He’s a clear embarassment to the good name and should be fired, and when I go back as I’m sure will and if he’s serving I’ll just walk away. Didn’t get his name but if the owner gets in touch I can give the date and time.

Awful experience. Waited in line for more than ten minutes. One person in line before me. Ordered two sandwiches. Person working had to be told multiple times what toppings, toasted or non. Then when it was my turn to order… it was “Uh, Uh” “My system is slow because the lady in front of you entered her guest info”… so I said I’d still like to order. “Uh, uh, do you have cash?” I said nope card only. He proceeded to then “uh, uh, uh” “I can’t ring it up then.” He owes me for my time at least. Almost 20mins. And he didn’t even try to make me a sandwich. Last time I go to Subway. Jimmy John’s or anywhere else at this point.

I ordered the #8. The bacon did not taste good. The chicken was strange looking and didn’t taste good. The bread was soggy. I will not order this sandwich again.
The chip bag stand is in the way of ordering your sandwich. Also you can’t see the meats anymore with the the metal cover.

Staff was very friendly, much better than the other subway by Safeway. Subs were made perfectly. Staff both came out and talked with friendly hellos and conversation while making the subs. Everything looks very clean and working.

Usually the service is just fine, but tonight it was terrible. I ordered on the app which has always worked. It said my order would be ready at 550 pm. I got there at 555 pm and I was told that they weren’t ready because they got slammed. Meanwhile there’s only one guy working while another is washing dishes. Maybe he should have been helping make sandwiches? Plus there was no apology or nothing to try to make up for the sandwiches taking till 610 pm to be ready. And honestly I don’t care if the sandwiches are going to be late, just update the time in the app to reflect how busy you are. But also employees should be making sandwiches too. Either way very disappointing.

Thee cleanest Subway I’ve ever been too! The service was amazing. I was immediately greeted by Chaz and he was kind, patient, professional, and friendly. He asked about my day and it was just a great experience.

My mom and I came to this subway today and we were both so impressed with Maritza and Joshua, so much so that I asked for their names to leave a review which I’ve never done. They built our sandwiches perfectly and were both so nice, you can tell they care about you as a customer and want to provide perfect service. The restaurant was also very clean and stocked. Please thank them again for us.

Went there and given I’ve been to many different Subways all across America…..Sherry made this one our favorite with her amazing. Interacting with my kids and made amazing sandwiches just how we wanted. The staff just made a good day great. Hands down best service I’ve ever had. Thanks Sherry and I’ll see you soon.
