I ordered a foot-long rotisserie style chicken bacon ranch sub, chips, oatmeal raisin cookie, and their mango lime drink. The gentleman at the counter courteous and friendly and helped me choose my ingredients. What I did not like was homeless people coming in and getting free drinks from the fountain. Homeless have no shame! It’s so disrespectful to walk in and take free stuff and walk out like nothing. I can tell they’ve been doing this for a while.

Do not use the app to order your food it will be completely wrong at this store. The 2 ladies working there horrible customer service. By far the worst subway I have ever been to. She made my sandwich twice and still got it wrong again don’t use the app or drive thru go inside and make sure they do it right.

I had a coupon for 2 subs for 13.99 my wife chose a spicy Italian and I chose a bmt, nothing extra. When the employee rang it up she tells us those subs don’t qualify for the coupon no where on coupon dose it say that. I then asked to speak to manager both girls looked at each other said manager was not there. I then asked for managers name neither one would let us know the name of manager. I then paid the $28 for 2 subs that a few years ago were $5 each. I will not go back to subway again!

DO NOT ORDER VIA THE APP! unless you like incorrectly charged.. I ordered 2 footlong subs and used a coupon “2 footlong subs for $12.99″… It showed the total of $14.01 … Proceeded to hit “pay” with the saved card in my wallet… When the next screen that says thank you for placing your order came up and loaded, it then said that it charged my card $29.44… after several minutes of trying to search for an online customer service telephone number for Subway with inquiries in regards to the app – I discovered there was no such thing! It says online if there’s an error with placing the order on the app, or to cancel an order, contact the restaurant directly or your banking institution. The restaurant doesn’t answer their phone when people call, unless you call several times back to back. After calling three times in a row.. I finally get someone on the phone and speak with the “supervisor” on duty – whom claimed they can’t cancel the order, they can’t correct the charges, and there’s nothing they can do – despite what the website says.. and proceeds to tell me to call the customer service line .. BUT can’t provide the number, she (Angla) doesn’t know it… But is a “supervisor” – so after all that headache, the only recourse I have is filing a claim with my banking institution when they reopen… That’s RIDICULOUS! If you’re going to use a coupon it’s safer to do it physically IN PERSON… Hope this helps someone else from having this nightmare happen in the future.. p.s. there’s ALL KINDS of complaints online about the subway app malfunctioning and charging the customers the incorrect amount when using a coupon and them having noone to turn to for it getting corrected other than their bank… SAD. & UNACCEPTABLE..

I haven’t gone to a Subway in a very long time- mainly because most of the people almost treat you like you’re bothering them or they don’t like working for Subway- but this evening I was in the mood for a sweet onion teriyaki sub and Herey Mikes doesn’t have those yet- stopped at the nearest Subway which was at 325 W Southern Ave in Mesa- corner of Country Club and Southern- the gentleman that was working is outstanding! His attitude, very welcoming and pleasant and patient- but too it off- he was cared about the appearance of sandwhich and didn’t just throw it together where it’s a mess- also cleaned his hands and the sandwhich area from customers before me- this gentleman who’s name is Hemant is why places get repeat customers because the way treats people—- I’ve never experienced this level of customer service by any Subway until this man- if he reads this- Thank you so much for customer service and welcoming experience and smiling at everyone! 5 stars but i give a 10 star for customer service!

I won’t go back to this location. The bread tasted stale. I have had better subs at other locations. It was very disappointing. Plus, they had people “living” in the parking lot. Didn’t really feel very safe getting out of my car and going into the store.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever been to in my LIFE. From the customer service to the way my sandwich was made. Also had a coupon on which I simply ordered a ham sub and told my coupon wasn’t valid. Again ham and cheese with a squirt of mustard and that was $8.58 since my $4.99 coupon wasn’t acceptable, how??? I had avoided this location for about 5 years and counting, tonight is the reason why I will never return and made me finally speak out on this specific location that’s a half a mile from my place but rather travel 3 miles away from this location for my subs. Gilbert and southern, YOU GUYS ROCK, absolutely amazing and clean subway!!!

I walked in to get food for my roomate but talking to Kyler about his recomendations and combinations of subs along with his passion for Subway made me want to order his own combination/creation. Also a plus they have a drive thru but I prefer to go inside and it is nice to see someone this day and age passionate about what they do. He also made a great sanwich and did not skimp out on toppings. He also made it a friendly experience and was happy to answer my questions about flavor combinations and helping switch up my sub. It was a great experience and hope more people follow this man’s lead.
