My girlfriend and I went in to grab a bite to eat. Kennedy was amazing. She was the only one working, but she was great with her customer service. They were a little short on inventory, but she kindly explained the situation. She conducted herself in a very professional manner to be all alone. She deserves a promotion.

Ordered on the app, went in store was told they didn’t have the veggies for my sandwich I asked for my $$ back the person behind counter asked for card then wouldn’t give me my $$ back said she didn’t know how, didn’t know how to give cash back refused to give her name told me to leave, wouldn’t let the other employee talk to me she had to be in control. Refused to write something on my receipt that my order wasn’t picked up and said to come back Monday morning to get a refund (it is Friday night this happens)

Randomly shut location down with no explanation mid shift. Called store and got a snarky woman on the line who said, “well we close in 3 hours so we might just not open again.” No explanation and the most limp wristed “sorry” she could utter like as if the operation of her store not her responsibility. Bad attitude to have if you want to keep your job for long.

I ordered on the app, I won’t ever again. I did not get what I ordered. Then I called the store to advise them, was not given an apology at all. But got treated as if it was my fault. I don’t recommend this location.

Young boys working the evening shift are extremely rude. I placed an online order prior to closing time, a young man called and asked how long would it take me to get there because they are closing. I advised 5 min however it took 6 min to get there. Once there, the door was locked…we were knocking on the door and the young man behind the counter looked and ignored us until I called and then was handed the bag and told…all you had to do was knock. I will not be coming back to this location.

This is the laziest Subway I’ve ever visited which is no surprise considering how crappy all of the fast food restaurants are in this area. The staff acts like they are on downers. They were out of syrup for the diet coke. I had to ask for someone to refill the lids. They don’t have any drink carriers. The owner of this place was there and it wasn’t busy either. He just doesn’t care about the quality of this store.
