I ordered a deluxe steak at cheese with onions and less green peppers. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the portions. I’ve had more meat in my sandwich when it wasn’t deluxe. I never have problems when I order in person but feel like my sandwich is shorted when I’m not present. This isn’t my first experience like this so I feel like this review is valid.

I miss the days of the $5 foot long. I can’t afford $12 foot longs, so now I only order 6 inch subs. I can give 100% credit to Subway for the 30 lbs I’ve lost since Covid. Thank you Subway for doubling your prices and reducing my caloric intake by half!
I also have to wait longer in line since half of the staff is dedicated to putting together online orders instead of helping the walk-in customers right in front of them. The longer wait times have helped me to adopt intermittent fasting as part of my weight loss routine! Thanks Subway!
I’m gonna have to switch to flatbread in order to get back some of the calories I’ve lost. Who knew the healthy flatbread actually has more calories than even the Garlic Herb and Cheese bread? Genius, Subway. So smart. So clever.

This store and the app are stupid. I placed an order at 11:02 am today and the charge went through but the store never received my order. But I was still charged it shows on my bank. The girl working here wouldn’t helped with anything amd offered no solution. She was worthless. This store is a joke. I want someone to contact me ASAP cause o was charged for nothing. If someone doesn’t I’m going to call my bank amd report this store for fraud.

This was a return visit. I took my son. As usual, the place was clean and comfortable. The prices are reasonable, and the employees were professionally friendly. I will be revisiting this Subway outlet in Florence AZ.

Put in a pickup order for 4 sandwiches with ample time between my order being placed and the pick up (~25 minutes). Had to wait 16 minutes over that time. Very disappointed that the store isn’t properly staffed to handle 4 sandwiches on time.

I visit this subway at least 1x a week, as I usually go during my lunch break. I just wanted to say that the manager Joe went above and beyond when there was a little mix up on my order. He took it upon himself to correct it, and all I can say is that is customer service at its highest level! I definitely will be going back. To the owner good job on hiring quality leaders!!
