I’m a plant based eater and so is my family, therefore when I order us subway, I order it with “more” veggies and I rarely have an occasion where it’s not right. Except for lunch today, we all actually got LESS. This is my wrap, it’s very empty than normal even though I ordered MORE and it’s all over the receipt for the entire order. I called twice and was left on hold for several minutes, I wanted to be credited back for the food I didn’t receive. He said they follow a guide on the amount of food and all of my order was per that guide. I said, I eat at subway all over Utah and the US, this is the least amount of food I’ve ever gottten on my wrap and our sandwiches EVER! He said the best he could do is give me a free sandwich, I said no thanks! I won’t be doing business with this location EVER again!

Always out of stock of what ever you want… Bread is stale. Cucumbers nasty almost translucent. Poorly managed if I was the owner of this franchise I would be ashamed. Also over priced compared to other subways in the area….

Terrible slow service, the sandwiches were made incorrectly through and through, so little meat, little cheese, our of everything, completely overpriced. The staff complains of being tired and unmotivated the entire time. The incompetence at this location is just straight unacceptable and unbelievable.

I was on my way into Walmart and really needed a cold water they only had one water bottle in the cooler and it looked like it had been thrown on the floor a dozen times so I went to the counter just to get a soda then I mentioned to the guy at the counter about the water bottle he just rolled his eyes at me. So I got a Sprite Which I couldn’t believe $2.27 for a small soda I can get a 6-inch sub with meat on it vegetables for $4.69 so that’s ridiculous there was no customer service no friendliness I don’t know I never get a soda I don’t know where the cups are didn’t tell me where the cups were just very unpleasant experience

Staff not friendly, left with cold food, also found out they didn’t even give me cheese when I asked for it. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. All my sandwiches were made very sloppy, also they were not wanting to listen to me or my mother. Such disrespectful staff. They were also closing down after we left at 6:30pm when they should be closing at 10pm.

I was waiting behind a mother of probably 6 for a long time but that was not even bad. The main guy at the register was Friendly and even gave me a discount for the long wait. The other lady though seemed to just be trying to get rid of me, not listening well, and threw my food in the pile of bags with the other family’s food which caused our sandwitches to get mixed up.
