I ordered 3 meals, one of my meals came without a drink at all. My other meal only had the drink filled 3/4 of the way and hardly any ice. My meal was supposed to have added avocado. It was missing, hardly any meat, and no lettuce. I am very disappointed in the online order. From now on, I will only go in the store since I can’t trust online ordering. This is the second time my sandwich was messed up. Last time, it was missing the bacon and avocado that I paid extra for.

Being recently relocated to Richfield, from Salt Lake City, never really had the need to frequent a Subway, as SLC had a ton of sub & deli places to eat, but Richfield is smaller, and not as many options. I always thought if you have to put on your menu double meat, or cheese options, you must not put enough in the first place, but, I stand corrected. Have on many occasions frequented this location, and have found that a few of their Italian Subs not only have enough meat on them without doing the “double”, but, that I tend to ask for heavy mayo, instead. Kudos! So, until we get more sub competition here in Richfield, you guys are my “Go To”.

Sandwiches are good. They ran out of tuna and turkey . Service is good.Washrooms are unisex and one needs hand soap . The other needs paper towels… other than that everything seems okay. Nice view

At 1:30 in the afternoon after driving alll day bad day not eating I stop at this subway across from hospital stood in like for 10 min finally got up made my sandwich and all I had was a 50 and 6.00 she said she couldnt brake a 50 that’s sooo frustrating and makes you mad at the moment and sucks it was busy and pass noon so it really was not a nice moment feeling thats for sure THEN JUST TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE SHE THROWS IT AWAY UGH

Little to no guac. If you’re going to skimp on the guac, at least give me a cookie. Employee knew they were skimping me too. So instead of saying, “we are out of guac” they spread one small spoon of guac. SMH.

We visited this Subway on 8/31 @ 6:40pm. The staff at that time were 2 younger individuals. These guys absolutely rocked! The staff was kind, friendly, and on the ball. The sandwiches were made perfectly. The restaurant inside and out was extremely clean. I highly recommend this particular Subway if you are passing through.

Cashier justice didn’t once count out change the whole time I was here. His co worker wouldnt help him when he asked for some 5 or 10 because he was short this place needs to learn to be a team and work together wasn’t even busy and place was dirty

Came in late after a long drive. Didn’t want the traditional fast food. Came here cause it was close to the hotel. The kids working were nice, polite and welcoming. Ordered a couple of subs to go. The subs were fresh and tasty. Will come back again if passing through.

I’m only not giving this 5 stars because it’s still a Subway, after all, but I did love the very friendly and patient staff. I liked they had tables outside with a beautiful view. I wish they had the veggie patty, but they still made me a good veggie sub!
