We have ran into constant issues with this location lately… tonight we were asked to repeat our order atleast 7 times per Sandwhich and they still got it wrong and there were barely any topping at all…
When we pulled up to the window it was 3 girls and they were clearly distracted… they had to ask us 3 more times at the window about our order. 20$ for 2 Sandwiches that looks like they were just made with leftovers and completely wrong.
Definitely will not go there again and I don’t recommend wasting you’re money or time getting sandwiches from here

The younger girl messed up my sandwich and it fell apart (it can happen, I totally get it and I couldn’t do it any better most likely). She apologized and the other lady gave us an extra 6 inch sandwich to make up for it. That’s what I call great customer service!

Admittedly I only used it for its bathroom I gave it four stars because it wasn’t super super clean. And it reaped of that weird subway smell I don’t know what does that but it is so strong.

I did an online order pick up, when I got home and opened the sandwich, I was literally in awe of how picture perfect it looked, and tasted even better! I called the store to let them know as well. I know it’s such a little thing, but I have always loved coming to the Santaquin subway, they have always done an amazing job. I drive past 2 subways to go to that one! Keep up the amazing work all of you great Sandwich artists! Pure, delicious art!!

Terrible customer service. I walked into their store to buy 6 sandwiches for my family. I waited for 5 minutes while they helped another lady, which is no problem. They had three workers in the store. One finally asked if I had an online order. I said no. He then started working on online orders. I thought no big deal, I can wait. Then he asked the other two ladies in there to work on online orders. After another 5 minutes of waiting, I walked out and got dinner somewhere else. I don’t understand why they would choose doing online orders over a paying customer waiting for to buy their product. Terrible management. Terrible customer service.

Have ordered a few times from this location. Their bread is always hard. Avoid this store if you can, a little bit more of a drive and you will find locations that provide better quality bread. Bread should be soft unless toasted.

I ordered subway through the app and the door dash driver ended up stealing 2 of our sandwiches but ended up bringing them back to the store. Dakota was amazing while I was on the phone with her. And was absolutely amazing when we went to the store. She remade our sandwiches and gave us cookies for all the trouble. Thank you soo much Dakota for everything!!!
