*Worker gets 5 starts but giving it 2 because of the management in this place* Why on earth would the managers here let someone work alone for a whole shift?!?! Jadan was amazing and had the best customer service even with being extremely busy and working alone. Been here when the Manager was there and he was AWFUL. Glad they have some good workers like Jadan. Hopefully they get rid of the manager soon so things can be better for these workers!

We come here often and it’s awesome during lunch time with the usual workers, but if you go at 2pm or later and the manager is there, then you just as well walk out. Attitude is awful and worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The owner needs to fire the current manager and give the other guy his job. (I believe his name is Jaiden. He’s awesome!!)

5’s across the board! Went in during an assumable lunch peak time and was helped and acknowledged by everyone in the building except the district manager I’m guessing. It was the 2nd day for a young lady named May and she kept a very calm and cool composure and did a phenomenal job. Matt was busy multitasking for drive through and stocking supplies and necessary food.Even managed to greet me in doing so! Terra is always awsome and pleasant. She is a blessing. Carissa helped with the conclusion to the order and was as sweet as can be and Braydon was the first person to greet me as I entered the establishment. 0 complaints and all high 5’s great job guys!!

Jadan was there by himself!, 2 drive thru, 7 customers in the lobby plus several online orders! Why would any manager leave 1 employee at dinner time no matter the day of the week even in Ephram, Utah. Jadan deserves a huge raise, he did his job with a smile on his face and a great attitude. As a GM of a fast food chain, I would be mortified to leave my store with lass than 2 staff.

Stopped in at the Subway in Ephraim, Utah, with my sons, and this crew absolutely blew us away. The service was stellar — fast, smooth, and honestly some of the best customer service we’ve had anywhere in town. The manager was patient, upbeat, and completely on top of things, making sure every order was spot-on and that we felt welcomed the entire time.

This team runs like a well-oiled machine, and you can tell they care about doing things right. We’ll definitely be coming back — especially if this same crew is on.

I went to the drive through on nov 8th in the morning when it opens because I wanted to have something for breakfast that wasn’t breakfast food. When I was pulling in I saw the employee smoking next to the drive through intercom outside (which I personally don’t care as long as they wash there hands afterwards, but any) I watched them walk back in to the building as I got the the intercom and I waited there for 11 minutes and didn’t hear a single thing from the employee. There were also no other cars in the parking lot. I ended up just leaving since I couldn’t order any food. 0/10 worst experience I have EVER had at a subway.

Sat at the drive thru for 20 minutes and never got helped, I could see them through the window. He finished helping with the one person in the store, never came to the window. I finally left without a sandwich.

The manager is not the greatest. Came in to an attitude, which shouldn’t be projected onto customers. Especially in a negative way. The foods good, just not the manager. I’d just have to assume it’s the manager. Taller, bigger, has longer hair.

Who doesn’t want to be greeted with a sigh and an eye roll? Assuming it was the manager. Bad attitude and no name tag. Exasperated sigh for every veggie I chose. We frequent this subway and generally love the workers. This is the 2nd time dealing with him, unfortunately.
