Our group picked up boxed lunches at the Subway in Moab at 8:00 in the morning. Each box contained a 6” sandwich. Chocolate chip cookie, bag of chips, and a water. The bread was dry and probably a day old. My box did not have chips. I would not get carry out here!

Ordered online. Once I got there to pick it up found out they were out of flatbread so I had to wait for the sandwich to be made which was fine. I just stood around inside waiting. When the girl finished making the sandwich she picked up the bag and put it on the “pick up” rack. Didn’t look at me didn’t say thanks for waiting nothing. Just put it down and walked in the back. Considering I was standing there you would think she could have just handed me the bag and said something. Over all the sandwiches weren’t very good and the experience was definitely strange.

We stopped by here for a fast, healthier option for dinner (as we stayed at Canyonlands until dark). The two employees were super nice and efficient, who made our orders well. I take off 1 star just for price – $20 for (2) footlongs. We are used to getting coupons like buy 2 get 1 so pricier than we typically pay. But overall, cheaper than you would get at a nearby restaurant and very yummy. At 8:30p, the chairs were already up on the tables, making it look like you couldn’t eat inside. But we were going to eat at home anyways.

Me and my husband went to a trip in Moab and as we are big fan of subway we planned having sandwiches for lunch , our first day in Moab we went to subway and there was no cheese, our second time there was not bread.
Even though we were very disappointed with the food , the staff was very polite.

My sandwich was good, but we stopped on around 8pm and the tea and other non soda options were already shut down and they were out of meatballs. Service was slow even though there was no one else there. Everything was clean, including the bathroom.

I came here at 10:30am on a Tuesday and was told they were out of bread……
Out of bread??? Its a sandwich store??
They said they would have it ready in 15 minutes. I left and went to the store and came back after 25 minutes and then got told sorry, no bread, maybe 10 minutes??
The excuse was that it was busy this morning.
It’s Tuesday… and I’ve never been to any subway on this planet that planned their Tuesday morning so poorly that they were out of bread for a whole hour. Or ever, come to think of it.

I have always been a big subway fan when it comes to eating fast food. They are the most fresh and healthiest among all the fast food options out there. However, to my observation their quality has been compromised a bit since the pandemic came in. This is just another subway, conveniently located in the town of Moab. The service was fast, the staff person was nice. The washroom was very clean and maintained. The sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. What else can I ask from a fast food? Everything was fine.

Got a footlong chicken bacon ranch today at about 10am and it was delicious.. terrible food poisoning stuck on the toilet by 6pm. I didn’t eat anything else today. This is the second time I’ve got sick from eating here, haven’t eaten here in a year and there’s new people so I figured I’d be okay but apparently people aren’t trained on how to properly handle chicken. Im definitely not going back ever again.. its not worth it.

My first time in Moab found subway . I usually have a good meal at subway today I was shocked how rude the short boy with black hair and black beard and glasses. I asked him to put my mustard first on the bread he refused and told me that the mustard is all way at the end. I just didn’t want to make it bad day and ask for a manager. But I thought you can build it your way !!!
