My sandwich was good, but we stopped on around 8pm and the tea and other non soda options were already shut down and they were out of meatballs. Service was slow even though there was no one else there. Everything was clean, including the bathroom.

I have always been a big subway fan when it comes to eating fast food. They are the most fresh and healthiest among all the fast food options out there. However, to my observation their quality has been compromised a bit since the pandemic came in. This is just another subway, conveniently located in the town of Moab. The service was fast, the staff person was nice. The washroom was very clean and maintained. The sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. What else can I ask from a fast food? Everything was fine.

I have been going to Subways for years and love their sandwiches, but I purchased a roast beef sandwich that was the worst I have ever had. There was almost no meat on the sandwich and it was terrible. They tried to hide the lack in meat with tons of veggies. I ended up with a veggie sandwich. Also, the staff was slow and didn’t know what they were doing. I would not recommend this particular Subway.

We ordered a couple of sandwiches and a wrap from here about a month ago. The sandwiches were fine, the wrap was not. And it might not be because of the wrap itself, likely because I added honey mustard dressing and waayyyy too much dressing was added. The ratio of dressing to lettuce was so much I couldn’t even finish it. I wish I hadn’t tipped in the app.

This incident happened at sore 702 S. main st. Moab Utah 84532. I had a client fo to subway Saturday the 26th he specifically ordered a monster sandwich no onion. Subway employee Tyrell made my sandwich with no cheese. I told him I asked for no onion. Then which Tyrell started a argument about it. Employee used foul nasty language an asked me to leave if I wanted to. Tyrell was very rude to my client an wouldn’t give his name nor information the lady at the check out had to give me his name.

Clean location with plenty of seating. The girl making the sandwiches seemed annoyed or maybe she was just having an off day. A bit rude and snarky from the start. There was no line but us. The boy who rung us up was nice. Food was what you expect from Subway.

I went in to the moab subway on mother’s day about 8:20pm and upon walking in the music was so loud that they didn’t even hear me come in. The young man who finally noticed me seemed bothered by me coming in, the sandwich bar was very dirty and mostly broke down, neither young men who helped me washed their hands after wiping their mouths, instead just threw on gloves. When it came time for vegetables my only options were very little, I asked if they had olives and instead of checking (which I know as a former GM of a subway that there’s always extra prep at closing) he just said nope!! They were very rude not only to me but to the old couple behind me in line. The bread was stale and hard, and the sandwich was not great!! Absolute worse service I’ve ever gotten from moab subway. I understand that there’s pre-closing but you should NEVER close down so far and be in such a hurry to close when you have customers, their impatience with the customers because they wanted to close was absolutely unprofessional!!

The staff do not know how to use their own computer systems and just tells everyone that they have to use the nationwide subway support for issues. Then when they figure it out there you’re redirected to the store where they’re told what they were supposed to do in the first place. It’s just frustrating for no reason. Additionally the customer service is very poor in the store. The staff do not know how to communicate effectively and appropriately.

if i could give the service 0, i would. i believe the guy “helping” us was named Ty. my husband was filling his water and spilled on the floor, i was next in line behind my friends and intended to say something. he would look at my husband and scoff/shake his head. when it came to my turn, i offered to clean it up and he shook his head and told me to order. i apologized and he very angrily told me that someone could have slipped. i was so frustrated with his attitude that i told him i didn’t want to order and he told my husband and i “goodbye then”. so we waited for our friends to get their sandwiches and left. i hope he gets fired.
