Andrea gave great service and made a great sandwich. When I came in she was cheerful and greeted me, and since she had been sweeping, went over and follow health protocols and did a proper washing, which I noticed and appreciated. She had a great attitude, which lets be honest, can be rare in fast food.

Just went in to grab two quick sandwiches with my friend. The only worker there, Johnathan, was awful. First off, he let out a loud grunt/sigh when we walked in. He was so rude. When asked what cheese i’d like i just replied “provolone” that of which he rudely replied “yeah that’s what i figured” then walked to the back. Then my friend and i left because of his behavior. i have never had such an awful experience with a worker at any place ever.

I just picked up a catering order which I made asking for the toppings on the side. They had already made everything with all toppings on the sandwiches. The manager apologetically took all the toppings off and put together a fresh tray of toppings to go with my order. I really appreciate the extra effort she put into delivering my catering order. Will definitely order there again.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered online, should’ve been ready at 5:05, got to Subway at 5:03… order is not done, not even started. There is a young man working ALONE. 6 people in line. I know there is a shortage of people willing to work. Maybe they shouldn’t allow online ordering until they are staffed for it.

The lady that made our sandwiches was extremely nice! She greeted us as soon as we walked in! A+++ in my eyes, plus she was engaging in conversation and smiling the whole time. If that’s not EXCELLENT customer service I don’t know what is! That Girl was AWESOME, will most definitely be coming to this subway more often!!

Kind staff, but not stocked with anything for walk-in order at 12:45 pm on Sunday 6/26. The kid tried to send me away because he comments he “has to close and get his door dash orders done..” front sign says they close at 7 pm. Internet hours say 4 pm. Perhaps holly has the hours for online orders and not for walk-ins..???

Last time I was there I ordered a hot sandwich. The so called manager pulled the meat out of the oven, and left it sitting on the counter well she made cold sandwiches for the people in front of me,and when another employee came out to take care of the rest of us, she told him to go back and bake more bread and went on talking to the people with the cold sandwiches!

I usually go to this Subway because I travel to Price for work twice a month and have had a great experience, but I gave it a 3 star because there was an elderly man who started working there and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to him because I ordered something off the breakfast menu. I ordered the Steak Egg and Cheese and he started to prepare the steak and cheese (which is 2 dollars more). Just in case, I told him that I preferred egg whites to clarify that I wanted a different sandwich. Then he acted like it was an inconvenience. When we got to the checkout he called his manager and when he hung up, he rang me out for the steak and cheese. I told him that the steak egg and cheese was 2 dollars cheaper and instead of correcting it, he brushed me out the door saying to talk to his manager the next day. I couldn’t because I only go there twice a month. There were no other customers in the store so I don’t understand the rush. Maybe he was having a bad day, but please teach this man how to work the breakfast menu and itll go from a 3 star, to a 5 star.
