I don’t like posting reviews like this, but I’ve had too many negative experiences at this place and today was kind of the last straw. First it should be noted that I don’t think that my experience had to do with the employees that were present. They seemed to be doing their best.

So This place has a drive-thru. Last two times that I’ve gone through to order three sandwiches I was told that they don’t take orders that big through the drive-thru and I kind of had to pressure them to take My orders. There is no posting indicating any limits of how many sandwiches you can order at the drive-thru. They basically just tell you when you pull up putting you in an awkward situation. Today, I tried using the drive-thru a third time. I sat next to The menu in my car for about 8 minutes before I gave up, having had nobody get on the intercom to request to take my order.

I parked my car out front then went inside to make my order instead. I told the three staff that were there about my experience of the drive-thru, and they said they were not wearing their headsets. They seemed to indicate that the batteries were dead and that the manager or owner hadn’t replaced them. It sounds like they had been without functional headsets at least for a day or so. Again, there was no sign outside or inside that the drive-thru was no longer functional or taking orders.

When I took my order at the front counter, it seemed that they were out of certain material essentials. I ordered two kids meals, but they didn’t have applesauce to give me with them nor did they have the juice boxes that I ordered. They told me that I could take just regular soft drinks instead, which I did. Looking at the beverage fridge, it looks like it hasn’t been stocked for some time. Also, it was very warm in there. Reaching other comments, the ac may be broken and hasn’t been fixed for several days. I can’t imagine that helps customers feel like there are “eating fresh”.

I hadn’t been inside this restaurant for quite a few months, and was very surprised to see how dingy and unkempt it looked. The ceilings were dirty. Half of the light bulbs in the place were dead or heavily dimming. The floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Pictures speak for themselves.

I don’t blame the employees for the state of the restaurant, it seems to me that they are woefully under resourced and under supported by their leadership. This place needs a major turnaround otherwise it deserves to be closed. I enjoy Subway a lot generally, but this place is an embarrassment.

Got 2 toasted sandwiches. Watched them put it in the toaster but when we received them they were ice cold. Obviously their toaster isn’t working but the employees still handed us the sandwiches. We didn’t realize they were ice cold till we took them out of the bag to eat them about 4 mins later. There is no way the employees couldn’t feel how cold they were still. They also have the make line blocked so you can’t see them put the meat and cheese on.

I drove up to the drive thru and sat for nearly 10 minutes for a response to be served. I patiently waited and called out to see if they knew we were there and no response so we just gave up and went somewhere else.

So I ordered a sandwich and foot-long oreo cookie. I placed an online order, and got there a few minutes early to find an empty restaurant with 2 employees. My meal still took 10 minutes after my arrival, and after leaving I found that the cookie was chocolate chip, which was a bummer because the whole reason I went was for the oreo.

I called the store, and spoke with the employee that checked me out, and explained that I was wondering if it was a mix up with cookies, or if they were out of the Oreo ones. He proceeded to tell me that he had told the “door dasher” they were out of Oreo, and had this been told to make it a Chocolate Chip. When I told him I had picked up my own order, he went silent before apologizing.

I totally understand being out of stock, but being lied to about something so small makes for a very unenjoyable experience.

Very good business… for Jimmy John’s and Firehouse Subs. Thought I ordered a sandwich, not some scattered remains from a blast zone.

I mean, I am pretty sure I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt. I see the chicken, I see the bacon… not quite sure where the ranch and melt are. The bread is flat as flat can get and tastes like it’s undercooked.. actually, I am pretty sure that’s what’s going on here, it’s just some uncooked dough that was tossed in the toaster to get a bit of cheese to get all crusty on top.

The more I dig into this, the more I feel as though this sandwich was built by Dr. Frankenstein.

I do applaud on the attention to detail as I said “olives”…. yay I found one.

Going to drive over to Firehouse, I am afraid to continue on this one.

I placed an order through the app but when I arrived at the store the store was closed. It still took my money though and I never got my sandwhich, I called later and they said they could give me free replacement sandwhich if I went in, but I was travelling and don’t live anywhere near there. They said they could give me a refund but I never came through, I have tried to contact the many times for several months and keep going from person to person to person and never getting my refund, the last person’s number, Mike, I was told was the person, I have texted him and called and left multiple voice messages and never got a response. I tried contacting higher up subway people but I can’t find a support phone number or even an email. I was cheated out of my money. If it was a credit card I would have reversed the charge but I used a subway gift card and now am just out of the money.

Went through the drive-thru last night about 6:00 or 3 meatball subs when we got up to the window to pay they said it would be a 5-minute wait and pull up to parking spot because they had no meatballs had to unfreeze them so we pulled up and waited for about 15 minutes before they brought us out sandwiches which the meatballs were still frozen and we asked for the bread and everything to be heated up in the oven and it was not so we had them go back in to remake them 45 minutes later my wife went back into the store to find out they only had a couple of loaves of wheat bread they had not started our sandwiches they had a line at least four cars up to the drive-thru so instead of having to wait for the sandwiches that we wanted we went with spicy Italian and they were not done correctly as we had asked them to be done. So in total an hour wait for something we didn’t even want and when we got it it was not what we ordered I am not happy with the night crew there has only been two people in there last night and I think they need to get a night manager because at 7:00 at night and not having any bread or any vegetables in the bins and two to three hours to close in time you need to have all that stuff prepped and ready you can’t close up early like that especially when you have customers waiting I’m very unsatisfied. And usually the day crew when we come in is on point and very quick and we get exactly what we order. On the spicy Italian we ordered olives onions Chipotle Southwest and ranch and this is what they gave us

My daughter and I went here for dinner and walked into a literal furnace. Apparently, the A/C is currently broken and the entire store is about 98 to 100 degrees and still…the two employees there were pleasant and helpful. They were polite and punctual and tried their absolute best to not show how the heat bothered them. I think for just today alone, they deserve a raise for suffering through that kinda heat. Plus the food was great so thank you to those two. My daughter and I thank you

I come here for lunch because I work near by. Sometimes I order ahead because I only get a 30 minute break. It said it would be ready by 4. The app said it was ready. I come in. Its not ready and there is a stack of pick up orders not done. Another guy comes in and his isnt ready either. I ordered ahead so I would have time to eat. But because it wasnt ready i didnt have time. Also one of the workers was just standing there talking to some girl not doing anything clearly management isnt great because a good manager would make sure that even if they arent there the staff would stilk do their job. A based on other reviews this isnt a first occurence. Disappointing.

Ordered online through Uber to have one Tuna sandwich. Considering almost nobody orders that sandwich, I know they have tuna in there. My Uber driver showed up only to realize that the lobby is closed and the employees just stared at the driver like a deer in headlights.

The sign on the door says temporarily closed due to supply issues. I’d like to believe this is true, but considering all the other reviews about this location I highly doubt that’s the case.

Considering there’s no manager on site, you’d think there’d be better precaution with kids running this place. But it’s a free for all.

I tried calling multiple times, so did my dasher. No answer. Worst management. Don’t eat here.
